This hotel is really very good and pocket friendly at the same time.very clean rooms, staffs are also well behaved and supporting. I would surely like to visit again. And Thanks to Mr. samrat ghosh to helping us with every single query.

Very very bad experience manager behavior was very rude and the staff are not in time even if you want to go to see sunrise hotel are not going to allow you because the main gate open from 5.30 but when we go at the main gate at 5.30 the main gate was not opened also very bad room condition geyser is not here in the room even the AC are not working properly and even at the lunch time if want a extra veg thali after ordering 3veg thalis they will not give you a Extra veg thali they said that that food are empty there are no more food for this reason my father would not get his lunch overall I request you dont come at this hotel very very bad hotel and the room and staff and specially manager ar worst and their behavior is also very very bad Im very disappointed with this hotel😡😠

The place is good but hotel is very inside from main road. The sea beach is 10 min walkable distance from hotel. And the hotel is located at old digha. Staffs need to be more humble and requires good survice from them. The hotel need to be more neat and clean.

The absolute worst experience of my life. If it was possible to give negative stars, I would do so happily. Photos are completely misleading. Rooms are terrible without even the barest of amenities. The dining room is terrible, full of flies, the rooms stink, and food is cooked and served in extremely unhygienic conditions. I wouldnt send my worst enemy here. Please go anywhere else.

Rooms are ok. But their staffs behaviour is not good, Very rude behaviour and their Elevator doesnt works or maybe they turned off the elevator most of the time. And their rooms cleaning process is not good, but the view from the roof is very amazing.

I had stayed in this hotel in 2016, it was nice to stay at that time. But this year in Nov 2018,my stay was a nightmare. I have been informed that leaseholder has changed. Worst behaviour of manager & another person named Shambhu proclaiming himself to be the incharge. Damp rooms, walls allover spilled, no cleaning, bedsheets not changed on stay of 2 days, dirty smell. Very poor service. Just attached to the resort(!) is Barsha restaurant. Another horrible place. Worst food, none of the plates fix on your table, all are rotating, you have to hold your dish with one hand & eat with the other. Glass to drink water not provided. Flies flying over the food. Orders not taken properly. Really one of the worst place to stay & dine in Digha at present. Never do a mistake to try this place, your tour will be spoiled.

Very untidy and unhealthy ambiance with wet walls that will make you sick. Hotel manager is like super misbehaving manager. You can expect absolutely no service during your stay. Previous day leftover food may be served. Overall all very experience is very bad like a nightmare.
