Actually I wanted to rate it 1.5 stars.The RMS were average to below average. Hotel services were really really bad. Food is below average. Bathrooms were not good at all

Worst services ever we got, they dont have any breakfast option, hardly you get a black tea, and thats worst too. Even you cant control your rooms AC, they dont give you the remote.Dont waste your money.

Totally the worst experience. nothing is provided e.g. bed sheet, blanket, wifi, towel, soap, water bottle. Room was completely dirty and full with mosquitoes. In the name of TV, only free channels were there, e.g. dd national, dd sports.

They charged extra amount per day basis for bedsheets washing without anywhere mentioned. The behaviour of receptionist was worst. Actually I did not take food service from them, may be so they behaved with me roughly. Denied to give me the bill also. They are equivalent to criminals. Dont ever think to go there with your family. The hotel name should be changed to Dreamsuck Residency.

The location was little far from the new digha sea beach.It will take around 15 minutes by walking to reach the beach from hotel.Rooms were average but the behaviour of the staffs were not good at all.If you dont take food from them they dont like you as a customer.AC facilities were available but the remote and total controlling of Ac was from the reception.If you need to switch on the AC you have to call every time to the reception but hardly they pick up the phone.There was nobody in reception for any emergencies to call on.For getting water you have to go to reception they even dont notice if the water tank is empty or not.A lot of mosquitoes will not let you to take rest or sleep.They dont gave us any coil or all-out , rather we had to buy that from a local shop.Overall we stayed there 3 days but the experience was worse. If anyone go there go by your own risk

The place is good. Its nearly 5 to 8 minutes far from sea beach. Rooms are good & clean. Room Services are available all day.

It was the great hotel ever went I dont want to leave it ever but i had to go home. Study and all. But food service all everything was good in this hotel there is nothing to complain. Also the room are beautiful.

Worst place for stay. Totally waste of money. Bad accommodation, dirty rooms, horrible foods, and room charges are very high according to the provided facilities. But staff behaviour is very good. I would suggest a NO for this place, now its totally upto anyones choice.

We reached on 24th Jan21. We booked online two triple bed deluxe rooms through Agoda 3 mths earlier but we got 1deluxe & 1standard small size room while paying same price for both the rooms. Toilet was horrible, pillow covers, bedsheets & the blankets were of the worst quality. We got drinking water & glasses around 2.00 p.m after requesting thrice moving to the reception as the intercom facility was just for show without connection. No mosquito coils/mat/liquid was there Mosquitoes not only bitesbut entertained us whole night singing near our ears. No cleaning of rooms & toilets while asking for the same they told they are with huge pressure of boarders & shortage of manpower. There was a small egg size old C TV without any cartoon & necessary channels. Food quality was also not good.

The hotel is nice but not so much . The manager is not enough polite as everyone say. The room service is not good enough . Very poor service, shabby toilet, AC operating system depends upon the manager, room service unavailable all time, you have to move from upstairs to downstairs for any single requirement, bad manners and behavior.

Worst experience ever...Starting with distance,20-25 mins walking distance from sea beach...no public transportation available nearby...Images in google are different from real rooms..Next,very poor behaviour of hotel staffs and manager...no cleaning, no room service..they purposely harasses the customers...no power backup available..very rude attitude of their managers..taking women and elders not recommended...Total wastage of money...I have visited Digha 6 times.....this is the worst of all..

Overall nice experience. Staff is supportive . Nice and clean hotel . Parking is also available for your four wheeler and two wheeler also. The new digha sea beach distance from this hotel is near about 15-20 minutes walking distance . By car or toto ,motor van is 5-7 minutes .(my point of view). service is good . Secure for family and children 😊. The best part of this hotel from my point of view is food quality. it is little bit expensive but quality is out standing ,superb just awesome .🥰. The staff is like pranob, Kaka etc are Very friendly. Manager also very good . It was nice experience to stay in this hotel.

Very bad service

If I would have got the option for Zero rating, then I would give zero. Very bad quality of service. They denied to provide cable line, Internet when these are basic services for a AC room. They even denied to provide a blanket...☹️☹️. There is no room service. You cant change the temperature of the room AC as per your convenient and last day the Fan stopped working. I request all of you to avoid this hotel.

First I would like to inform all that the location of this hotel is far from sea beach, rooms are not spacious although it is clean , geyser is installed in bathroom but non functional due to electrical overloading problem.Room service is available for a cup of tea only.Outside food is a monetary punishable offence here.A small dining hall is available here, meal & snacks available if ordered earlier, where quality & price of food is moderately up to the mark. Manager & Room service boys are not professional, administration of this hotel should think about this. But one thing I must say that the owner of this hotel & his daughter is very co-operative & helpful . I may request some other person only for them.

Stayed in this hotel for 2 days in Dec 18. I had booked through Canara Bank Holiday Home. Service was very good. A problem with the washroom was repaired within minutes. Behaviour of staff was nice. Location is at New Digha and around 15 minutes from sea beach by walking. The hotel has some drawbacks though.1. Outside food is not allowed, as they have a restaurant which serves decent food.2. Gates remain closed between 10pm and 6pm. So if you want to witness sun rise, inform in advance.Detailed list given in image.Overall nice budget hotel. Will stay hare again, given a chance...

Very good hotel for stay at new Digha. Staff behaviour is very gentle. Food is cooked very good, the cook is very talented. Would not recommend having fish here though. Mr. Raju is a great worker.

Food quality was good, testy and fresh but the behaviour of caretaker was not friendly, Im really surprised to see that he was operating my AC from his own room. Even he didnt give us the remote control. I never ever face this situation before. Uff horrible

I stayed at the hotel for 6days & had a pretty good experience.The hotel is only at 15 minutes walking distance from the beach and 5 to 10 mins away from the Science Center and Amarabati Park and also close to the market area.The room was nice & well maintained and the Double bed room was well enough for 3 persons accomodation.The staffs were polite and very friendly in nature.Though they dont allow to take outside food to room but you can take snacks at room.Even if you want to eat outside food you can eat it sitting in the resturant area.Though it wasnt required as cook of that hotel was pretty good at his job and we love the food there and found their package system pretty pocket frindly which includes every thing from bed tea to dinner.Overall it was nicely spent holiday at Swapnodeep Residency.A special mention for the owners who were very frienly and also responsible persons and take a good care to their customer 🤗

Extreamly Bad Hotel. Situated in New Digha near SBI Holiday home. 30 minutes from New Digha Sea Beach. Bed Cover & Pillow Cover was dirty.No wash & clean room. But charge rs. 15/ per day. HOTEL MANEGER was STUPID. His behavior was rough. Dont know how to talk with people. NEVER GO THERE....

Poor service, the rooms are really small, bathrooms arent clean enough, lights are broken, the didnt provide us with blankets so it was really hard to sleep, expensive for such third class guest house also its very far from the beachfront (p.s. - takes about 15 min roughly to reach the beach). Television remote didnt work. It sucked being there even for a minute or two. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I WENT TO THIS HOTEL ON 15TH OCTOBER AS THE ROOM NO 311 WAS BOOKED BY ME. ROOM CONDITION AND RESTURENT ARRANGEMENT WAS GOOD. ON 16TH OCTOBER I TOOK DEPARTURE. AT THAT TIME HOTEL AUTHORITY CLAIMED 10 RUPEES PER HEAD AS THE SUBSCRIPTION FOR DIGHA-SHANKARPUR DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY. I PAID THE MONEY AS PER RULES BUT MANAGER DID NOT ISSUE ANY RECEIPT OR COUPON FOR THAT PAYMENT.

Far from sea beach. Power generator was not available during power cut. They dont allow outside food in the hotel. And mosquitos, made me awake for a whole night.

The guest house position is nice but the service is very bad. The girls dorm which we had booked had a gap in the window and visible from outside. The rules are strict but not very standard. The overall experience was not really something of my liking and my review of it will be hated it.

I have stay from 3/12/16 to 5/12/76 and during my stay it was a good experience.... But few thing I have to mention that double bed room is very expensive as compaire to other hotel. Their is no hot water service.... Gizer was not working ....but the hotel staff was very nice they all very co-operativ. Food is good and service also good

...Woman arent safe in the hotel. Because the hotel authority have no manners.The way of talking ..The r talking in slam language.we booked several rooms but was misbehaved by the hotel party.The service was so bad I regret the reservation at hotel swapnodeep. The hotel manager is so poor that they have compelled us to checkout the hotel at 11.00 pm with an handicapped old woman with us. The reason is that we have raised our objection to repair the water connection after 10 pm!!!!!! in one of our room.we have 5ladies with us (mother/sister/daughter/wife).We cant not believe this we have booked the hotel for 3nights,but due to this misbehaving they compelled us to checkout at 1st night.Do not stay here.We felt unsafe the minute we checked in.we cant remember the last time we felt so scared and unsafe.There is no way I could even consider giving this hotel a rating.

Bad experience, no room service, AC control by his own stuff. Any food cant take inside. Many unusual rules. I had booked the room but check out time I noticed the maneger wants room fare double/triple price. I suggest dont go there.
