Would have given this restaurant a perfect score if it was not for the tables being too close and lack of barriers. We have seen plexiglass put up, at other restaurants, between tables which works well during this time of COVID pandemic.Service was excellent. Food was top notch.Both my wife and I were extremely.pleased with our meals.It was very convenient, while waiting for a table, having them page us when ready through our phone.Will be back once seating is taken care of or the pandemic is over.

The food is very tasty. Will only give the Dieppe location a 3 star due to the fact that it is very loud. Not an enjoyable experience when trying to have a quiet breakfast or lunch and having to have the wait staff repeat themselves several times because you cannot hear (or misunderstood) them, is frustrating. And not being able to have a normal conversation with the people your with is also not a pleasant experience.

Very impressed with this spot, went mid morning on a Sunday, got seated right away, service was quick and the staff never missed a beat. The food was A-1 . Only downside is the place is quite loud, not the spot if your hungover.

Likes: Quantity is good, was very stuffed after the breakfast. Also has deliciously seasoned potato. Nice design space.Dislikes: For what Ive paid I expect good quality of food. Yet, they used the cheapest egg they could find, was paper thin and barely any yolk. And had the nerve to charge 1.25$ for extra egg. My dish was full of potato and very little sausage and cheese. Everything comes with Nutella no other choice.Our service was bad, I understand that they were trained for upsale but shouldnt be every sentence, that was a bit much. It was Canada Day and it was busy, but to wait 13min after we get our cheque to pay that was way too long. And it wasnt longer because someone saw us waiting and grab the machine from our waiter otherwise by the look of how he work wed had to wait extra 5min.Any other downside, there is zero noise control design in this newly build space. Everything has hard surface which bounce off every sound. It was beyond loud.I will go back again to double check. but based on that days experience I think the place did not deliver what they had charged for. Quite disappointed.

This is a must for breakfast or lunch! This location has beautiful decor, exceptional friendly staff members and lets not forget a health and delicious breakfast! Really good dollar value for portions of food. A wide range of healthy choices with every option. They definetly stand up to their pledge.

I was so impressed with my first visit that I went back a few days later. The food was absolutely amazing. Those homefries are ridiculously good! MELT IN YOUR MOUTH! Tyler and Jeremy both provided fantastic service. Well be back. :)

Nice breakfast (apologies for the half eaten pic).Not sure what the catfood tasting ball was that I got instead of beans lol, but the rest was fine. Biggest disappointment was the lack of coffee refill.

My disappointment is extremely high with the Dieppe location today. I ordered online for pickup, and upon arrival I discovered an item that I was allergic to in my order. I alerted the waitress and asked her what my options were, because I still wanted to get something to eat. She said I would have to pay for both orders, because on their end I didnt list the allergen, even though in the comments for the order (also reflected in the email receipt), I said I wanted X and Y specifically. She was quite flustered and so I told her I would give the meal to a homeless person and just leave- no one has time for attitude on a Sunday morning. She decided to escalate the argument by saying the chef was already making a new one and I shouldnt behave that way. I told her that it was honestly no problem, and that I would just like to leave in peace, because I do not want any issues; customers were starting to get concerned.I called over one of the head waiters and asked him to please explain to the waitress and chef that I would please like to leave, and that I did not want any trouble. He tried to de-escalate the situation, but the damage was already done. In the end, they gave me the new order this time only, even though I specifically said I did not want anything and I just wanted to leave.Moral of the story, if you are providing customer service, do not argue with the customer. Please listen to them and try not to unnecessarily escalate situations. If the customer is trying to leave, let them leave.

The food is amazing, the service is great. Everything I’ve had has been really good and the potatoes are really something special. The breakfast potato game in this town was already strong, then this happens and I don’t even know anymore.When it’s crowded, it can get loud. It seems to be the case in both locations I’ve tried. High ceilings and wide open, I guess it’s all you can expect.

Love this place. Great menu with lots of choices. Fresh squeezed OJ and smoothies are yummy. If you like Eggs Benedict they have 8 different ones and they are all good. The waffles are amazing and the crepes are gluten-free. Fresh fruit bowls are quite impressive. They offer a keto plate and a vegan dish in their healthy section. Or if you like goat cheese you must try the Healthy Wrap which is one of my favorites and comes with Fruit bowl or Home fries. The Mountain Road location is my usual choice but I love them both. 💛

Every time I come here I usually get the breakfast poutine. Its rich on top of rich on top of rich, which is why I get it for the special occasion. but the last time I went I ordered the breakfast poutine with chorizo sausage said that the other breakfast meats and it was incredible the spicy heat from the chorizo really helps break up the richness and gives it a much more complex flavor profile.Definitely worth checking out.

Bad Service and bad experience. We placed an order over the phone. When I got there to pick it up, no one acknowledged me. I had to wait well over 5 minutes at the hostess desk (mind you they were not busy at all, only 3 tables were full in the entire restaurant). Someone else walked in to pick up an order after me and got served right away (before me). When I finally got to talk to someone, I received my order right away as it was already ready. However, when the girl gave me my food she walked away immediately, without taking my payment. I had to wait 7 minutes with my food for the girl to come back to take my payment... When she finally did, she had the other person’s food (who arrived after me) and made her pay first, while i continue to wait some more. To make a bad experience worst, they messed up my order. Got avocado toast instead of eggs benedict. Really bad service, 100% would recommend to go to the moncton location before the Dieppe one.

This was one my favorite places for breakfast or lunch. But this last time we came, I couldnt eat the fries as they were extremely greasy. So, I left half plate untouched and I approached to Tyler (shift manager) to express my dislike, hes response was thats how our fries are. I told him thats not healthy at all and he said: well, fries arent healthy. 🤔 I didnt want to pay for the fries, but he wasnt willing to deduct them. After the argument he said he couldnt do anything about it, but bringing other batch of fries (once we were ready to pay, so, too late for that I didnt want fries anymore). He said he could try to phone the owner to see if he would agree on a discount...... at the end, they discounted $3 for the fries I didnt eat. But I left with an unpleasant feeling. 😐

Everytime we go, servings get smaller, especially sauces, which make the meals dry and disappointing. Poor management in my opinion. Why would you start great, to then cut back on cheap stuff. Petty?

Wow, what a great place for a healthy breakfast. I throughly enjoyed my meal and it came in a timely fashion. Its a very popular place to eat so make sure you get their before the busy traffic or you might have s small wait for a seat. Id definitely would eat here again. (P.S The breakfast poutine is to die for)

Good service but lukewarm almost cold food.

Eating is good, good atmosphere. But very noisy, not a good place if you suffer from post traumatic stress symptoms.

It was my first time at Pür & Simple and I was not impressed at all. I took the Keto, 1 tier of my avocado was literally rotten, the bacon very cold, the atmosphere very noisy and we spent our time trying to keep small fruit flies off our plates. My conclusion, for the price you are better to go to Cora.
