I highly recommend pinnacle driving school in general and Ayaz specifically as instructor. They were both very professional and understanding. Which makes it easy to continue the lessons.

Terrible and rude instructors. Alex opened my handbag without my permission. I have an oversea licence, and the instructor misled me to get a licence as a learner and P class way. When I discussed with him, he said: you are new and the policy is changed recently!! I can go to the Access Canberra website and study the rule. My English is good enough to understand the Access Canberra website content. He referred me to a lady who working in the Road Ready Center to ask about knowledge test. She also misled me by giving wrong information. I am not recommending this school since their instroctor are so rude and misleading students.

My instructor Ayaz Imam is very helpful, professional, calm and very patient. He is really good with his lessons. I never thought I could drive but he made it possible and kept assuring me that I can do this. With his help and guidance I have full licence🙏

I had a very good experience with Pinnacle Driving School. Ayaz was my instructor for all of my lessons. He was always punctual, professional and gave in-depth explanations when teaching. The phone staff were also always lovely and were happy to answer any of my questions.

My instructor Michael is experienced, patient and punctual. Instructors here are experienced in doing the ACT log book hours and test. I also like their self-served online booking page, that enables you to easily book a lesson with the instructor you want. BUT please be careful if you plan to purchase their packages. I purchased their buy 10 get 1 free package and finished the first 10 lessons, but I never got my 11th lesson. They say they are gonna arrange it for me, but it never happened. So what I suggest is to book 11th at the very beginning to make sure you get all the lessons.

My experience with Pinnacle Driving School to complete my logbook requirements towards obtaining an ACT driver licence was excellent. My instructor, Yasir was knowledgeable, friendly, patient and punctual. His instruction has also greatly enhanced my competence and confidence in driving. The booking and payment process for driving lessons was simple and efficient. Staff members were also prompt in responding to my messages and communications. Personally, I could not ask for more!

Well, who knew a driving school can be this fun. Trainer, Ayaz, he simply is the best. He had the epitome of patience level to teach me driving from the scratch. And guess what? I cleared my test in the first attempt. Highly recommended.

I had Alex as an instructor and it felt like he was dragging it on so he can get more money instead of looking after me as a learner driver, Im sure I got scammed and he kept pressuring me to buy more lessons.Would still recommend the company as they were very helpful but be careful with the instructor you choose BUT a tip is to book at least months before leading up to your lessons as bookings are easily taken. Giving 1 star because Natalie was very kind and made me feel welcomed.

It was wonderful working with Ayaz to polish my understanding for converting my overseas licence. Terrible instructor, threaten a minor and wouldn’t let out of the car. continued to use inappropriate language, steal the steering wheel and almost crash the car into on coming traffic. he would also speed and do damage on the clutch and showed up 10 minutes late

Driving instructor Geoff asked rhetorical questions, hadn’t even heard of the word patience, didn’t use an appropriate tone of voice for teaching, overall very disappointed with my experience, very unprofessional. Second bad driving instructor from this school.

Pinnacle Driving School is fantastic. I booked all my wife and my sons driving lessons there. They are all nice and professional people, from the staff who are arranging the booking times and facilitating the payments to the driving teacher (Alex). My driving structure was Yasir, he was very patient and insightful and really made the process of getting my provisional licence much easier than I thought it was going to be.Sometimes it was difficult to have lessons that perfectly alligned with my schedule, but the team always tried to make it as convenient as possible.

I spent a lot of time and money choosing different schools. But when I found Pinnacle driving school I was sooooo happy. Pinnacle driving is very professional. My instructor is Alex. He is so professional instructor with great sense of humor! His method of driving is really unique, he doesnt just drive with you but he gives you special technique, that is really helpful so you can park your car, do 3 point turn, u turn very easily.Im definitely recommend Alex, and Pinnacle driving school. Just try to take one lesson and you will really enjoy it!

The way the driving instructors work while covid is happening is that they will make appointments for you as many as it take a for you to get licenced theres no sanitary car cleaning happening no social distancing no ones wearing a mask . Ive been driving without and accident or any road offences since 2012 so youd think it would be easier for me to get my licence however its nothing alike that that atll havign to do 7 driving lessons just to full out the log book Compartivly its $100 for the one off test via act gov and $560 for 7 lessons. Its a bit of a scam if youre asking me, and thats despite the rude recepionest and the car Ive been driving on with little to know clutch left making it quite the challenge to drive compared to a well maintained automobile.
