Staffs are very rude! They dont talk politely with patients attendance!

This Hospital is best. Their is you get all thing Like X-ray, Canteen, Blood test, etc and Doctors checkup very nice all doctors are specialiest.

Infrastructure and facility is average, staffs are okay but not professional enough. Never showed any consideration for long distance patients. We had to return by 4 pm in view of the prevailing curfew, however staffs showed no consideration for that.However, doctors are excellent and do thorough checkup.

Biopath Collection center of SRL at Dooma distt Tinsukia Assam claims that it is authorised collection center of SRL. It does not provide the proper bill mentioning GST Number or PAN of the company . It is absolutely illegal practise of SRL. If you provide service you are bound to provide your GST no mentioned in the bill, otherwise it is false bill. I denied to pay as being govt emplyee as govt requires it for reimbursement. my blood sample went in vain due to illegal and tax evading practise of SRL.

Ive heard many times some doctors are only meant for to bamboozle the patient for money, those few days visited in this hospital made me believe some doctors are there for only money rather than patients welfare, Ive taken my bro to consult the dentist, neither they couldnt explained me clearly not they try to explain, only thing they do is to make fool to the patient, they have done RCT which was not done properly as suggested by other doctors (not mentioning here ) , so we left the procedure in between and they charged us 9000/ which is for complete and genuine RCT cost, we claimed to refund few % of our amount but they denied and instead they shouted to us. Thus we tried to call them ,there phones switch off and my bro has been left in pain for whole one day. It was actually a bad image of doctors to see such behavior. Then we moved to another hospital whish they suggested they havent done RCT properly. So Id solemnly urge not to consult that dentist if you wish to safe your teeth and beautiful smile .

Best service in the upper assam. Mainly Staffs are friendly and helpful. Good environment.

I visited SRL dibrugarh for removing a tooth of my wife. Mrs Gulshan Shera was the dentist. The doctor removed my wifes tooth via surgery. My wife completed the medicine course after surgery but the pain was not cured after a week. Call the doctor several times but sometimes given no was switched off and when her receptionist received the call told me that the doctor is busy and cant tak .. enen during the day. So I decide to visit another dentist for the pain issue and come to know that she didnt sew the surgery spot. So be careful if you think for visiting SRL dentel section.And the front desk is also not so good or dont try to understand customer.
