It looks like the company doesnt provide any kind of training to its staff. They do not even have a basic sense of how to behave with the customer. I have had much better experience with India Post whenever I used their services. I would urge fellow customers to avoid DTDC at all costs so that you would not have to deal with unskilled, untrained and maybe illiterate staff of theirs.

Very poor service. they dont have any responsibility at all. My parcel took near about one month to get it delivered. They didnt even deliver, one of my relatives went there to collect it. The worst experience ever. Not expected from such a courier service company like DTDC.

Pathetic service from dtdc, its been more than 10 days, after promising 48 hr delivery they charged premium buy after that no response from customer care.Please dont send any one from dtdc else you might end up loosing your valuable.
