Very poor service, unprofessional approach, no basic check points maintained while servicing, differ from sending vehicals for servicing.Guess HONDA INDIA cannot maintain the standard as Dhruv is distributor for 3 location.

I have serviced my vehicle from this show room multiple time and had bad experience with Dhruv Honda. Staff is not polite and mostly you have to deal with mechanic they dont have costumer relationship advisor to assist customer. Once I went to pick my vehicle at 6.15 have to come back all the way back because they dont have anyone to handover. Not satisfied with the service. I will rate it poor.
