The companies policy and maintenance strategy are good but their stuf manager ahould always put an aye on their delivery boya activities like1-if they deals with nicely bor not with the customers2-is they charging extra for delivery (because every time i order from Flipkart they charge me extra other wise they denied for door step delivery )3-The comapnies drawbacks -there must be mutually same feedback page where the customers give ratings of the delivery in front of the delivery boya and their system must deduct some credits from their account .they must have aome thresold credit limit so that after that the delivery boy will fire
