They are not consistent in following up complaint. Post their service the AC could not withstand even one season. Within a month it got back to a worse condition and was not usable. Repeated complaits were not answered and only thing we got was we will get back. When you you get back ?? Once winter comes may be. Had to buy a new AC. They are not dependable.
