Ambience and cleanliness are an issue. If you are looking to lodge and like your cleanliness, get your own bed sheets. Food is good, better avoided.I have had my friends stay here in two different occasions. Not nearly half satisfactory. I have tried the food here thrice. Stopped visiting since a couple years now.Not very bad, not to my taste, thats all.

Hotel rooms are pretty shabby. Though the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Had a pleasant stay for 3 days...! All thanks to the Host Mr. Samson Paul. Interior is abit outdated other than that a nice place to stay.

Pleasant Stay . Right in the middle of city . But away from crowd. Mandar Regency have come a long way to get a recommendation .

Hopeless experience ! The prices are too high and rooms are not worth the price, no clean bathrooms, rooms are untidy. There is no dressing table present in front of the mirror and to my wonder the mirror is put behind the cot which shows very poor arrangment within the room and they call it DELUX ROOM, the bathroom door has no handle, the main door lock wasnt proper, no lift to climb upstairs, when we asked for toothpaste in the morning the answer was It is chargeable after giving 1800 INR for so called DELUX room. I would never visit this place again.

The hotel looks more like a govt guest house but gives a homely feeling. We took their super deluxe room and got a working AC, TV etc. The fan was running only on full speed. The towel and bed linen were clean. Bathroom had shampoo, soap and oil but they did not provide tooth paste or brush.The staff was helpful and the hotel is conveniently located so that is a big plus. Khanawali is located just about 200 metres and the food there is good. The hotel breakfast was also tasty but they make it ready only by around 8 am. Since it was rainy season the rooms had a damp smell in them.The rooms seem overpriced for the services offered, especially if you book directly with them.

Its located near SBI Dharwad Main Branch on the road towards Ramnagara. Privately run KSTDC hotel. Decent hotel and decent rooms located on a peaceful area if you want stay here on a visit to Dharwad but if you are on a Bangalore Pune run its off your route by quite while. Has a decent fast food/ veg food semi open restaurant and a bar/restaurant. There are open seating garden side bar/restaurant as well with a big screen . Quite pricey for the quality of food and whats on offer though. Most of the items on menu is not available.

This place is a good fit for Family and Friends to have a quality time, with a beautiful view and access to the lush green lawn. The Ambience is extremely beautiful, especially when you visit in the evening as the lights lit up this place. The seating arrangement is available in both capacity( Indoor and Outdoor). It has a lodging facility as well, but not sure about the quality as I havent used this service of Hotel Mandar regency. This place also has a Banquet Hall to host an occasion, with a seating capacity of about 100. The hotel has the option for Veg and Non-veg menus, and Bar is also available. Food quality is reasonable, and can be better improvised along with the service. I would definitely recommend to visit this place to have some good quality time with your loved ones.

This place has so much good to go. Excellent location. Spacious with ample parking. Yet it is a disappointment. Feels as if time has forgotten this hotel. The rooms look as if they last got an upgrade 20 years ago. With huge crt TV, stained cushions on the bamboo chairs, smelly wardrobes, outdated toilets, the rooms were a big letdown. Why the three stars then? For the location I guess

Today again on 13th March 2019 they(Resturant) gave a bill where amount was mentioned 2 times then the original one. Its not worth going. They are the no.1 cheaters. Dont loose your money. Mandhar hotel has tie up with 2~3 corporates where generally guest do not bother to check the bill as its paid by company. Request everyone to be careful if you are using this hotel for anything.

Very old hotel. Close to Dharwad bus stand. Staff is not attentive. The hotel is 17+ year old.This hotel has bed bugs.Parking is available.No elevators.Very basic hotel.

It is one of the best hotel in Dharwad. Roo.s are good maintained especially suits. Food is tasty. Clean and hygienic resgaurant. Staff are calm and co operative.

A just decent place to stay. Nothing great about it. The room that I got was very mediocre. Not much space, very old fashioned. Complimentary breakfast is served in the outdoor, open eating area. Though the taste was ok, the ambience was not very comfortable. This is my first stay at any hotel in Dharwad. So cant really compare and tell. But if you are just looking for a room to stay and dont care much about the amenities or modernity AND willing to pay for around ₹1.5k, then you can definitely consider this place. :).

It WAS a really good place at Tamarind Tree just a year back. Today its lost its value. The ambiance is gone and the recipes have returned to routine South Indian Dosas. My Sandwich was not so yum.Love if the hotel gets back the Tamarind tree resto to its value.

I attended a social get-together arranged by one of my good friend. We had a discussion about our school as all of us were students in that school long time back followed by lunch. Food was good and all arrangements were made by the hotel for our meeting

Decent budget hotel with all required amenities. Only 2 kms from railway station. Best part is they are very much flexible about check in and check out timings. U can check in any time for 24 hrs. Flexible on inclusion of extra guest in the same room.

We stayed there for two days and It was good experience in places like dharwad. And we had also booked the same place for reception party as well. Good and reasonable.

Overall a good hotel. Clean & neat place. As the facility has become old, some taps/switches are not of great quality & can see lots of modifications done to things over a long period.Complimentary breakfast is not up to mark. It is provided in a darshini hotel in same compound & not from their own kitchen.

I have been to this place quite a few times in the past 8 years. It used to be a nice place. But not anymore, its gone downhill now. Nothing was acceptable, be it the food, the service, the ambience and the hygiene. I would not want to visit this place ever again.

Nice and really quiet hotel, like green around. Feel like you in a home, liked it. will stay in this hotel again when I go to Dharwad.

Rooms are not spacious. Not worth of money, its too costly. Resturant manager is very rude. Overall a very bad experience at this hotel. My advice to all the guest staying in this hotel will be check the resturant bill twice before you pay the money, photo is attached for the overcharged bill which was supposed to be Rs.165 but they mentioned Rs.300! I have been cheated twice. You be careful.

Good accommodation and food, but novelty of being a pioneer in good hotel has worn off
