IGNOU was once upon a time the best Distance Learning University. However, with passing time it has changed so as its services.This learning center has turned awful. No timely services, responses, and support. During the exams the surroundings create a lot of disturbance. The staffs talk loudly, and all the time the noise of construction works keep disturbing.Further, the books of IGNOU arent upgraded, a lot of grammatical errors. Rarely give grace marks and it is too difficult to pass. The University is just money minded now.My personal suggest not to seek admission here.
