There is no prepaid sim available in this store .Staffs are very good, but if there is no prepaid sim then what is the use.

Pathetic, Incompetent and totally Useless are some very kind words that I can use for this Airtel Store in-charge and staff.I had lost my phone and hence my Sim Card few days back in Dharwad. I approached this store with a Police Complaint copy to get a Duplicate Sim Card.At first I was misguided that my PAN Card was enough as an Id proof and the SIM would be activated in 3 Hrs. It did not even after 24 Hrs and when I visited them they said its rejected and they would need another address proof!!Frustrated, I obliged with my passport copy this time and I was promised the activation in 4 Hrs. Same situation after another 24 Hrs. It was rejected again. And the reason this time was blurred photo on my passport!!!! The store In-charge’s argument was laughable. I was asked to get a new Govt Id card with latest Photo for the SIM activation. By now you should imagine the staffs incompetence.I wasted 4 days to get my SIM activated. Their reasons given were frustrating. The Store in-charge Ms. Kaveri seemed to be adamant and non-cooperative over the entire episode.After 4 days, I visited another Store and submitted the same set of documents (yes, the same Ms Kaveri’s “blurry” passport copy 😊) and my SIM got activated in 2 Hrs. In just 2 Hrs!!Avoid this pathetic place with useless staff. Waste of time if you looking for a resolution to your problem.

Its quite good place to visit...I went to purchase a SIM and also its a postpaid.There are many offers in postpaid when compared to prepaid.....but most of the time I faced issue is network. I had enough mobile data but cant be used because of slow network. They are trying to sort it out.I thought to change my sim card to prepaid, because of this and also Im not using mobile data, but they said have to wait for four months cant change in the first month, I dont knows whats wrong in that to change.I used to Get 4+ in Hubli but even though not able to use properly for few of my company websites.

Worst employees got selected in this store consistently. Couldnt find a single employee who is customer friendly in last 2 years. I would give negative feedback about employees in this store.

Airtel store open from 7Am to 10 AM during lockdown. For SIM change, take old sim and Aadhar card.. Good service

Worst service , they suggest to go to some other Airtel store, these people say there systems are blocked only , I visited twice and the reason was same , they dont give good service to there customers .They wont work after 6 pm because there IDs wont work it seems 😂😂, and they keep the store open till 8 pm .
