Very.... Good but.... Before quality is good now a days ok ok....

Shop is huge but no stock of footwear, I wanted to buy shoes for my 6 yr old daughter but dint find her size

Need to keep few more options, especially in children catagory.

Its not the same bata we knew 3 years back...There are no new varieties, they are still continuing the old stock.

Sales person way of taking with customer is not correct. I requested him to show another pair, he is telling we have only one pair, even though showroom as many pairs.

They dont have stocks. Staff are very rude and they have all old collections

Youncan get all kinds of sleepers, shoes and more but what i was expecting i didnt get here. Cost is high for middle class people but quality is good. You can ask all doubts regarding shoes n sleepers

Very worst experience i ever had with Bata . There are no varieties at all. All are old stock and which were manufactured before 3 years ago. Store service boys are also not qualified and doesnt have soft skills. They shown me only one pair/ variety of shoe and one footwear asked me to buy it. With no other options I bought. The store manager also dont even know how pack them and give in box. They are giving in just a paper bag. Didnt put them in box. So silly and bad experience. Very costly shows and foot wears i bought. They should have that much common sense to give them in atleast simple box or in which the company sent them. Pls dont go to this showroom..

They dont have new stock nor varieties for mens shoes. Bata has become a flip flop store these days. Worst thing is they are selling those old stock on MRP. Disappointed with that.Im not sure about womens collection.
