This showroom is located besides the Bangalore - Salem Highway opp. to royal Enfield showroom. All kinds of Hero two-wheelers available here. Nice staffs answering all your queries properly. Service station also available.

I have Hero Achiever 2016 model.I get my vehicle serviced only in the Hero showroom especially in Gundalpatty even if it has been paid service.Initially the service was good,but now (as I am here on 05.02.2020 for the service) I can see a plenty of differences.The boys,who are responsible for service seems to know nothing about the mechanisms of the motorcycles.Here after getting the bike serviced,I myself found a problem in the odometer.When I approached the service centre again,they even didnt know how to repair that.Anyhow,when they found a way they didnt have proper tools in the centre(it is said by them as automated workshop).The mechanics,particularly one fat boy never seemed to consider the bike as an important thing to the owner.He removed and threw the spares,nuts and bolts away as his wish.He handled the screw drivers and other sharp tools carelessly(this means that you wouldnt get your bike without scratches after the service).Apart from everything,the supervisor always aims at the customer to buy new spares, doesnt matter whether the parts of the bike which are already there ,working fine or not.All they seems to induce the people to buy new bikes,and after the purchase and after a couple of months of usage,they want the customer either to change the spares frequently or to buy another new bike from them.All their activities are like that only.Dont consider to buy or to service Hero motorcycles,particularly in this showroom in Gundalpatty of Dharmapuri.

Very worst in customer service.While receiving customers is good.After that pathetic.Most of the time theyll direct us go main service center at Lakkiyampatti.They are not giving service at gutanteed time. You can expect always 2-3 daysdelay in service. We need to beg our vehicle to get serviced every time.Sales persons are ok.Especially Tamilarasan is the only person good in Gundalpatti showroom. Others no words to say 😢😢

I have purchased glamour vehicle here 1 month before, after I gave a 1st free service and some minor issues they have resolved superb but,,,,Water wash is main complaint in free service vehicle, and showed the concern person where the dust is in vehicle.
