Customer service is very very very Bad Staffs are very very Radiculous they Approaching customer by partiality Two times I got Got Regretted ATM card service is very very very very very very very very very very very very Radiculous One Lady Staff with Curling hair very irritative in withdrawal section that lady customer approach is very Radiculous .

This bank being small and having less branches it serves good for the people of dharmapuri. Locker charges are comparatively low.

In my experience the bank is really user friendly, long time after updated very good infrastructure inside and outside ,Adding every day lot of customers and customers are 90% happy to save their money in this bank, remain 10% unhappy because this is not private bank,so need more bank staffs to handle this situation thats all..
