The worst KSEB office in kerala state keeping the telephone in busy mode to avoid customer complaints

They should focus on solving customer complaints

Immediately after power failure there phone stop responding. Then why do you have a landline connection and an electric office???

Its not responding or doing work properly .. their is no electricity more than 1 day they wont do anything......

Today I called KSEB for voltage problems in our place, within 10 minutes the team has come and fixed It.Thank you so much KSEB team in Dharmadam 😊

Always the phone is busy,even if there is a slight drizzle the voltage will go down or there will be no electricity, dont know what kind of work they are doing .There is no permanent fix always partial work.
