Not even 1 rating, If Amazon is not changing the Courier vendor from Ecom to someother, definitely Amazon will loose their business. Flipkart delivery is much faster than this. My shipment was out for delivery and no update after 3 days
As*h*le is the one word to define the ecom service. 1 star itself is more compared to the unethical service they provide. They dont deserve to be in this market. #amazon #ecomexpress. Also the customer care of ecom is the place where you get the most horrible customer service experience.
I wish there was a zero rating present here. Such a pathetic experience. Everytime these people distroy my parcels. I had to wait for so many days for my order to get delivered. They dont respond to our calls. When checked with the customer care they say it will be delivered within 24 hours. After so many days i get to know that it has already been returned to the seller as they dont get time to deliver it due to their work load and the parcel got damaged due to keeping it for these many days. Why should the customer suffer for their lack of professionalism. #amazon pls dont use ecom express courier service.
My parcel arrived at thalassery 4 days back. They are not ready to deliver the same to peringadi some 9 km away
They have moved to near Mythri Bus Stop,Kollassery (Old house)And Dont have contact number or name board in the current location.
Poor experience with the delivery agent.without even contacting the customer , the agent simply updates the status as Delivery attempt failed . And this happened not for the first time .Really unhappy with the customer service as the number provided in the website no longer exist or either its switched off.And for the Koothuparamba branch they have not even provided a contact number to contact them (its pity that the customer has to contact the courier service and ask if the order is safe in their hands as its no longer gets delivered).
A very pathetic delivery service. The customer care keeps assuring for the delivery to happen. But its been a month and no sign of the product. The center at Thalessary appears to be closed such a waste of time. The number given from the customer care declines the call or is busy all of the time.Never Recommended.

Worst experience I have faced ever in online shopping. Due to covid, first cry has assigned this ecom couriers to deliver products in my area. one product has reached thalassery delivery centre. However, without even contacting me, they had returned the product back to origin, while I am waiting for it. On tracking only, I came to know about this. They didnt even contacted me. It was a prepaid order. On contacting them over phone, it is switched off. I dont know why they are running this courier service. I had cancelled the product.Next day, also I have one product to be delivered. The delivery agent contacted me over phone. I gave exact idea of my location. However, he is not at all ready to listen. He then informed me that he will call me once he has reached near to my location as he knows the half route. Later noon onwards, I tried to call him. This courier service will ask for AWB no during call. If the delivery agent has updated some status that delivery attempted or failed like that, they will not connect the call. Later on tracking, I came to know that he has updated that delivery attempted but failed because customer is not there, where I am waiting for him the whole day.It is better they should shut the courier service and do some other business that suits them. The worst courier service ever. I lost my 3 products undelivered due to these people as I have to cancel it. If they are doing this service, please do with some dedication. No Customer service at all. If I had an option to give zero rating, I would prefer to.
ECOM Courier service in Thalassery is very bad.I purchased an item from amazon. It arrived at Thalassery courier service at a very reasonable time but I received it only two days later. When it arrived, no one called or told me and they made a record in software of courier service that he called me several times.I went there and picked up the product.I got that item only when I went there.Very Very Bad Service .......

I ordered online from Amazon and was to be delivered by Ecom .They called my father a told to collect frome there office that some 15 km my home.Later they told that they will deliver by evening.My father had some important work which was cancelled and waitied for whole day and called them atleast 3 times.At the end of the day status in both Amazon and e com status they updated that customer was not available and delivery failure

My product reached Thalassery Ecom on 12th October, Still now (19th October 21:17) no call or no info. I am going to cancel the order, because of their stupid response. Now Flipkart updated their delivery date as 19th october. Now changed to 21st October..
Very bad service.. unwanted delaying.. blames customer for delay without even contacting them.. says full lies about rain, natural issues etc when there was no rain at all.product reached there on 14th and was supposed to travel less than 6km from office.
