Hotel around lodging and restaurant. The only thing I like about the restaurant was wifi speed and room service. The quality of food was good but not as the price. The room was comfortable but not well facilitated and they also dont have a parking facility. Overall experience was average.

Stayed here while visiting dharamshala... great view of the two mountains with the water fall in between from the balconies of every room. The market is also well endowed with everything for someone. The hotel has good facilities and food. Cleanliness is well maintained with very courteous staff and prompt service. Will surely recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting dharamshala.

Rooms are good. But try to stay on front side. There only you can get a balcony where from the triund peak can be visible. Also you can get the view of bhagsunag waterfall. Rooms are accomodate with hot water 24x7. There is a restaurant also for dine.

Great location with car parking facility. Near to mall road and taxi stand for travel assistance! Food was good and staff was helpful.Easy checkin and clean rooms with private balcony.

Very good hotel .good service. I enjoyed most things but food was more delicious .good scene of McLeod ganj and nature. I wake up in morning and open window. I was surprised by sun rising over the beautiful hill top. A river flowing. Memorable one.

Quite good lodging. You can book them on go ibibo. Bathroom is nice and clean. The balcony has got a good view of surrounding. Its in very close proximity to a old temple bhagsu nag. Not sure about the food served here as I tasted nearby panjabi dabha.

Very Poor Service because they charge to much cost but the service is not equal them of your cost my suggestion to all of them don’t use this hotel and I also never used.Receptionist or Manger MR.Shekar I suggest to you please talk to all customers with apologies because one of your mistake than you said “ thoda bhaut to ho jata “ I visited only for single night and also my 3 team members also disappointed and they will put the review for your service and some proof also available any one wants so simple respond and I take a action.

One of the best hotel in McLeaodganj. Prime Location near by Bhagsunag temple and water fall. Very satisfied with the service. Food was great. Room was spacious and staff is very polite. Amazing view from Balcony. Overall very comfortable stay. highly recommended.

After reading reviews of several hotels in Mcleodganj, I booked this hotel and it was mostly as per expectation. As most other mid-category hotels, rooms were small, but nicely done. Didnt have a good time at the breakfast on first morning, but the staff arranged the breakfast as per our taste on 2nd morning. Not much to do inside the hotel. Food was good, but pricey.However, there were a couple of issues-1. The room description said rooms had Air Conditioning in the Amenities column. But, the hotel staff said AC can be used only by paying an extra charge, which is ridiculous. They said its the same for everyone. If the room description says room comes with an attached bathroom, you are not supposed to pay extra for using the bathroom, or are you?? Weather was good, so we didnt need to use the AC, but in hotter times, it would have become a huge issue.  I ended up paying almost ****** rs per night extra for booking the Luxury room, but there is no difference between Premium and Luxury room. Both are exactly the same small size with same amenities. I mean there is no differentiation at the hotel.

Last Month we visit to Dharamshala some one suggest me to stay at hotel triund. Very friendly staff & very spacious rooms. We book room no 104. Nice Experience. if your are food lovers i suggest try rara chicken in main course & Kitty rolls in snacks...

Simple but Comfortable Rooms and Dining Room. Food is good but drinking water source is unhygienic. Dessert especially Gulab jamun are Luscious. Breakfast has good Options suitable for everyone.

The view from the hotel is good.. me & my frnds stayAt hotel triund for 3 days.. The food is okay.. its not that much gud like what we expected...The services are also slow.. But rooms & washrooms were cleand....The DJ is quite good in the hotel & dj lights too.

Great place for stay. Make sure you eat outside as the hotel food is not good. Buy coffee n biscuit packets to make your stay comfortable.Good wifi as well :)

A good and decent hotel in McLeod Ganj, the hospitality from the hotel staff was good. The rooms were maintained neat and tidy. In McLeod Ganj towards Bhagsunag Temple there are lot of hotels but I found this hotel is good and ambient to stay.

This hotel is worst. Their room are very worst. Not for humans. Not worth of Inr 200/day.All the good review are fake. Many rooms even do not have windows. This is totally Khander.If you are with family then dont even dare to enter this hotel

These guys are thugs! Ask them in written for hotel room charges before you check in..While checking out we were asked for more money rather than we finalized earlier before check-in..Best pay them in advance then check-in..Hotel food is way too expensive than they serve your plate ... No towels in bathrooms..hotel receptionist has no etiquettes to communicate..Better stay in other hotels.. there are lot of choices as well.. Not recommended..

The room are are Specious and we could see lovely seen of Bhagsunag Water fall from our galary The majestic hiil and lower Dharamshala is also visiable The swimming pool at bhagasunag is at walkable distance and good choice of mini market at bhagsunag and quite good no eating places are in the vicinity The diner at lodge and breakfast was good enough

Nothing to say because of bad experience. staff behaviour was very bad. Rooms were Very dirty. Service is also very bad. In pictures rooms looking good but in reality rooms are completely opposite.The room that he called the honeymoon suit is the most messy.In sort i will not even go around this.

Pathetic hotel. Never seen such bad service from any hotel. Rooms are not cleaned regularly. There are power outages and this hotel has no backup power. They wont even offer you candles. Staff is rude and will just avoid their duties. It does have a great view though and the rooms are spacious

Stayed there for a couple of days, rooms were cozy, neat and clean..staff cooperative, but a bit surprised that the alleys in front of rooms were not good. Paint had gone off from walls, damp and fungal growths on them.....pls take care of that, parking was ok

Good hotel on main bhagsu road. Parking available. Bhagsu temple and fall is at walking distance. Bhagsu fall is not convenient for old age persons due to its high location. Food is available in nearby restaurants.

I wish there was something below than 1 rating, worst place to accommodate... while writing this post, I am staying in this hotel..205 room no.....the washroom looks clean, but not functioning properly....water gets clots... house keeping answer....the flooring is not good...call us we will wipe the water for you....how disgusting...few other guest change the room cause there was no windows...it was suffocating....one guest found Scorpio under the bed... bedsheet are tored...beds are been tored...cant call it as hotel...the owner though attempted to swap rooms whichever was available...

First thing you would notice is the mesmerizing view of the Triund... Rooms are ok.. Service was fine... My opinion- you could stay without any problem.

Ok hotel with basic amenities . Balcony view is great and bathrooms are normally clean. Rate ranging from 1000-1500 for two persons.

Kettle was not clean, fungus on mugs, fungus under fridge, Namkeen placed mini bar is expired, no basis amenities in washroom... done post reminders. Management to monitor housekeeping routine checklist which was missing. Support staff is working in their own way.

Personally Im very satisfied with d room provide for me..rooms were very clean n staffs behaviour was very polite..nice view from balcony..very comfortable night stay..

My first experience to hotel triund, staff was very unpleasant not at all bother about their customers.Hotel was of and at good location but as amenities and service is concerned hotel dont have landline facility as to cal to reception or to room service.They even dont serve water at time of check-in after asking so many times at room service or reception only they do when you directly or indirectly promise them to pay tip for service then only the bother you.When enter to the room geyser was also not working over their but after requesting many times they sent their electrician to get it into working condition.you cannot call room service or reception or kitchen as their landlines are all disconnected they only will provide you the personal no. of one of there staff members to get in touch with (don want to name that guy) but he also will not be their for you all the time as they are greedy for tips.And at night they all start boozing and you cant expect from them to get any service or any other kind of point of contact to get your issue solved.So guys if you want to go solo or with male group only for a stay besides any expectations for any service than you can commute here, But will not recommend it for couples and family....
