Neat and well maintained place. Located near to the turn for Kasauli. Pure Vegetarian food is served on basement-1 whereas, non-vegetarian with vegetarian sitting option is at basement-2 (floor-wise). Time to get food after ordering has taken longer than usual even when it was not crowded. Food is fine as per portion quantity and taste. Thali system is not available though platters are served (kulcha platter, veg and non-veg snacks platter with varities in it). Snacks seem a good option but liquor is not served in here.

On the shimla Chandigarh highway. Beautiful ambiance and clean place. Service was ok. Good was good as in like any punjabi restaurant.just found price on little higher side. Good place to refresh urself on the journey.

Ordered paneer butter masala, salad, breads and lassi. Got our order on our table in just a few minutes. Services are satisfactory. Ambience is great. Taste was also good. But thali should be introduced in the menu. Overall, a great place showing the culture.

I stopped at this place while returning from Shimla in March 2021. We were looking for a nice hotel to have delicious food And we found this one thanks to our Cab Driver.It’s on the highway so plus point and the ambiance was good. We ordered Punjabi food, lassi, it was delicious, only their service is a bit slow.Rates: a little bit high but I won’t mind paying by looking at the ambiance, location, and cleanliness.Service: Good

A wonderful place for some proper meal during your drives through the highway. Ample parking space for your vehicles & more than sufficient seating space is available. Staff behavior is also warm, with prompt service. The interior decoration, the ambiance, and the vibe of this place is something that everyone would appreciate. The quality of food is also pretty good, but not as satisfactory as youd expect for the amount youre paying for each dish.

One of the finest restaurants I have ever visited. I have been here twice (on my way to/from Shimla) and mostly to take a break. The food and their courteous service is the highlight and I am definitely going back to Dharampur Haveli as and when we next plan shimla trip.

Already been here twice in 2 years for breakfast on the way to Simla. Not much of variety for breakfast, however tasty and yummy food. Tea was too good with a big glass to have in the cold. One big paratha with half a bowl of white butter is quite filling. With a different kinda ambience with traditionally dressed men abs woman statues all round the place.

Very beautiful resort location on Nation Highway in Solan Himachal Pradesh. Beautiful Terrace was also their. Car parking available . Tasty food and nice staff. If you want to enjoy new year around Chandigarh at hill station then this resort will be good choice for you for each point of view.100% recommended for stay with friends and family.

ऊँची दुकान फीका पकवान ।This is the line which suits this restaurant the best.Visited this place on 28.02.21. Ordered masala chiken and masala paneer, order received after 18-20 minutes. Chiken was cold, paneer too was cold, like it was cooked 20-25 minutes before serving. Ordered butter roti. The waiter gave normal roti without butter.We called the manager, the manager was quite polite and offered us complimentary food or any other dish which we declined, And we cancelled the whole order.In all it was not good experience at all.Although the ambience is very good, seating is also great. More of a tourist spot than a restaurant.

I have always been a fan of havelis food everywhere. This was no different. The portion size justified the price, a nice rustic ambiance, courteous staff, it was all there.The paranthas were good.However, in terms of the menu items, Ill recommend to stick to the Indian / punjabi menu items and not to delve into things such as grilled sandwiches. I did not find the sandwiches as good.

The vibes of the place are not so soothing for me. As I have very sensitive eyes I felt some kind of fumes hurting my eyes. Dont know what it was. Although it is a well maintained restaurant and good delicious food is served here.

Then imagine what they will charge for food items. Will never visit this place. One tea cup is 55 rsNothing great except ambience. Food wasnt that great. Service was really really bad. Expensive. Average dish costs 450 or roughly 650 per person. Order came after an hour and had no salt or flavor.Worst experience.Stopped there for breakfast ,staff was looking like they were still in sleep as they served the order and did not bring the plated /cutlery to the table.After a reminder they bring the plates and cutlery .Tea was served once we all were done with breakfast. SERVICE WAS SO POOR.

The place is dark, dull and depressing. The food is tasteless. we ordered paneer malai tikka, veg chaap and rajma rice. None of the dish was good. Chaap was awful and tasted weird.Its a definite NO.

Seriously think of improvement in your food quality as it was nowhere near the authentic punjabi taste.Amritsari kulchas were not at all like taste of amritsar. They were made of very thin structure and not cooked well. Gobi/ Aloo pranthas were also not like tandoori pranthas as served in other Haveli and punjabi outlets.Masala tea was much below the quality and chhachh lassi was okay as it seemed to be of Verka with masala mixed.They need to improve upon the cleanliness very necessary especially of the floors and stairs.Only grace is that the service boy was very polite and carried on the orders up to the extent in his control.The management should and must give attention to my suggestion as I am a Senior having world wide experience of travels.Regards,Vinod Wahi

Very late services, water for first time was served after 30 minutes. Sometime they forgot glasses, sometime bowls, sometime mineral water. Softdrink served after 5 reminders.Being a chain of some good food resturants they dont care too much about customer.Food quality also not upto mark as per prices.Try to avoid.

A very good restaurant made like Haveli feels like went in old days while dine in, though we had only snakes and coffee there, ambience was very nice. In between Solan and Shimla.

They definately need to learn how to cook. Seems like administrative staff was managing with the cooking. Over spicy dal, uncooked bharta and chapati. Ambience and interior was good but still doesnot justify the exorbitant food pricing at a place like Dharampur. It was a mistake giving haveli at Dharampur a try. Will surely prefer dhabas runs by locals as food/dinner served by locals has always been of great taste in the past 25 years of my experience on this highway.
