Delever my parcal today or I am going to file a case against your company

I order something to delivery right time to at festival time but it’s not not deliver and not show transit today office open but not deliver my parcel to me ... disgusting service provided worst service ever 😡

I guess they have the worst service. I had ordered medicines from medlife which was supposed to be delivered by Ecom Expeess. My order was a paid order, but they this courier service demanded for a COD to be made ,else they wouldnt deliver the medicines. I have never seen such a horrible courier service before who can be behave in such an irresponsible way even with medicine order. Staffs are extremely non-cooperative and also do not care about delivering products on time.

Ecom is a courier company. They delivers online purchased goods from Amazon & Flipkart very carefully.I ordered many products and recieved in a proper condition.

Worst service and provide only wrong information. Non cooperative staff. My parcel has arrived 40 hrs ago but still not sent for the address. They only promise to work on sunday and holidays but actually they only work whenever they want to. They dont care whether your parcel is imp or urgent

They dont deliver the concerned Product , using a common clause that your location was untraceable.Note- Infact they dont call You for fetching information.

Third class courier company. They are not delivering my order in Dhanbad main city. They never called me nor they ever came to my house. And when I track my order on their website its saying-undelivered because customer not available which is lie. They are complete fraud.

Would have given zero rating if it was possible. Worst courier company. They are not delivering parcels and are working as a pick up store. Although the goods arrived three days earlier but they are not delivering the product saying that the adress is incorrect, truth being they didnt even tried delivering it.
