Worst service with no hygiene and barely inform about the diagnostics result.Worst Diagnostic center I have ever visited

Very unprofessional behaviour, staff are not qualified, kindly make sure the device and place is sanitized before checkup. I went for my father ECG but was shocked to know that the so called technician was not aware of the machine. He could not answer how many channel does ECG machine has neither he knew that the machine he is using has 6 channel or 12 channel, next they didnt sanitize the bed nor the channel and used it on the patient. Place is unhygenic, and staff uneducated.

They charged me 9900 for 5 blood tests with one of them costing 7000 alone. I gave the samples on 24/04/2021. And they gave me the report date to be on 12/05/2021Thats 18 days. I am a covid patient. I will probably die or my condition will become worse by then. The doctor said the report is of no use of they give it after 48 hours. They refused to cancel or refund and shouted at me on the phone like a beggar. Dont go to them. Instead go to kolkata or some other place, it will be cheaper than these people as well as your life will be saved. I am approaching consumer court against them if I get well from covid.

Too much test cost and numbers of problems with office staff behavior too much third quality.I suggest do not go there.....

Worst experience. They do not provide report on time or 24 hr after time.First one was of Aruni 3months infant. they provided report after 5hrs of due time. and 2nd one of Id no.228. they provided report after 28hrs.I saw another case, that they wrote wrong name of patient, for which they said to write an application to change the name. Excellent Diagnostic in Dhanbad in all over things by other Diagnostics

Worst experience ever, I got the sugar test done for my grandmother and the report showed 405 mg/dL which is very dangerous for someone. Just to be sure I got it done in another clinic after 2 days, the result came down to 238 mg/dL. It cannot be possible at all that it will go down this much and that too within 2 days. I really doubt on the accuracy of their machine and they say that they use the best machine...LOLDont ever trust them and their so called report, you will surely regret later.

Very bad diagnostic centre. Staffs are unprofessional and are totally illmanared. They should focus on the service other than the outlook. Moreover no covid precautions are taken in the hospital. No time management. Even the place is soo dirty from inside though it looks good from inside.This is the best example for common people Dont judge the place from there outer look Worst place . Worst diagnostic center. Went there for Ultrasound and the service provided was very unsatisfactory. Support staff are very rude and consider themselves to be no less than a doctor. Even the usg doctor didnt explain properly. Would not advice anyone to visit this diagnostic center.

Most horrible diagnostic center in Dhanbad. Serious higiene issue. Dont even have paper bed roll on ultrasound bed. They ask to carry urine in hand to the collection desk, no place in bathroom to place it. Dont have option to send reports on email or whatsapp.

It was a very bad experience with this diagnostic center. I was feeling like a GOVT hospital even though we have to book in one day advance. Staffs are not co-operative. They were behaving such as a great govt diagnostic center. You have to ask to them several times for your serial no & they are ignoring to us. This center is not having the ability to get 1 star out of 5 star. Dont go to there. According to me govt center inside the hospital is far better than this.

Very bad behaviour of staff, no transparency, no proper management.The staff is so rude that i was following line for registration and waited till half hour, then suddenly one person came and gave his paper for registration when i told them that i came half hour earlier and he just came then he started scolding me and told me we did not call you we will take whoever paper we like, you can go somewhere else.

This is one of the worst diagnostic centers. People who work here are very unethical and unprofessional. The doctors do not have any time sense. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I took my father for PFT test. Both of us are unsatisfied by the way they took the test...The system was not properly synchronized with the machine and the person who was doing test was self confused...Tried 2-3 attempts but failed to produce correct graph on the screen.Later we decided not to take even the test report. And when we complained in the reception,they behaved rudely and not accepting the thing.At least dont recommend for PFT.

The system is good but the staff are not professional at all. Stay seated from 8 am and you will be examined at 4 pm. If you have stopped the patient, then leave it within 1 hour or give it an hour or half before. What is the point of keeping 7-8 hours of sitting for 10 minutes check.These people unnecessarily crowd so much during the Corona era.
