Very bad experience. They are playing with the students time. Very poor management. I suggest not to order your books from this site, it is better that you donate your money to some needy person instead of ordering the book from here. I have called customer care several times, but their attitude is very unprofessional. Every time he tells to wait some more time. When I asked him whether you have stock, his answer was that I will check and tell.

Bad experience. Rude behaviour. Ordered book but still didnt receive any Tracking number or order confirmation. Website doesnt have any of tracking system. Dont know Im cheated or not.

Worst service from exam 360. I placed order 2 weeks before. Still i have not recieved my book. When i contact them through their helpline number, a man picked up and said there is no stock. While ordering through their android app it shows book in stock. They are blaming that due to covid 19 they cannot deliver the book at right time but when there is no stock why do they pick order from the customer. They are not updating their app portal. They are cheating us in the name of book shop.

Poor management in terms of order execution and refund. Post placing the order its 25 days, I didnt recieve the book. His support team says book not in stockWhy they exexute the order. Asking for refund, they are just iresponsible. I am going to consumer court now for refund and delivery of book.. useless management and store. Its better to buy from other store, wastage of time

I did not receive my book , & it showing in amazon that already delivered. Useless delivery execution with india post.
