Do not get fooled/trapped by their Gunda and Dalal of this Land Mafia at Aamtal project named Sukvarsha city.These people are very very smart in conversation to trapped/lure you.His main entrance gate has been built in sarkari plot.Alots of plots inside the boundary wall are under scrutiny/litigation in civil court dhanbad.1) They have grabbed lots of sarkari plot $ forest plot and even made original deed paper of this plot and selling to the people.2) This company have muscle man,money power and paying huge money to every concerned government Department to suppress/manage any complaints/ FIR against this company.3) This cheater company pay Commission to Baliapur CO office staff ,huge money to Karamchari for Mutation of forgery plot.4) They have also taken CNT act plot by paying very minimum price to the people of the plot and made the original deed peper means made the Non CNT act plots.5) They have forcefully grabbed the plot by paying very nominal rate(5000 to 10000/ - per Khata in year of 2015) from original owner and those unwilling to sell their plot then threatened to kill or taken help of police to compel .6) Many victims people lodged complaints to Civil court, CM Jansamvad,PM complaints cell even fighting can be seen at their project sometime also.ALL POSITIVE REVIEWS WAS POSTED BY THEIR GUNDA,DALAL,LAND MAFIA ONLY ,
