Amazing residential area. It is the finest in this area. Around 1000 people live here. It is fully guarded 24/7. Other facilities including mosque, spacious two storeyed parking space, community center, guest parking makes life a lot easier here. Most people are the flat owners. There are some flats for rent too.

Tropical Shetu Homes is a residential apartment at Mirpur (Dhaka, Bangladesh) consisting five 12 storied buildings. This is somehow decorated (not bad) but the key problem is elevator of the apartment is closed after 12:01 AM till 06:00 AM which leads to inconvenience of people.
