Very bad service. Good comments must be made by their own people. Yesterday they did not have a ticket to US Bengal, Sylhet Dhaka 8:20. Seeing that it would be late due to traffic jam, I informed them about the matter by phone. I missed the flight 10 minutes earlier. But the passengers of the flight that left at the same time of New Air also came after me. I called them today and told them that they have no responsibility after selling the tickets. I didnt say let the plane wait for me. Even though the domestic flight went 5 minutes ahead of schedule, it was done by NoboAir yesterday. Even after I called the flight expert, they did not contact USBangla. I could have gone ten minutes earlier. Later I arrived in Dhaka at 8:20 on NoboAir. I will tell the flight expert not to buy a ticket at work.

Unlike others, they do not do the dirty work of increasing the ticket price and giving discounts on it. Auto tickets are generated so both cost and time are saved. I am recommending this portal especially for travelers.
