They cancelled our tickets without any prior notice and replaced our places with other passengers. Now its been over an year, they havent refunded yet. Even doesnt respond to refund request. Fraudulent is their commitment.Such a harrasment, never booking with them again.Worst airline experience ever of all my journeys.Horrible customer service.Beaware and think before booking.

The horrible experience ever I had in my life from Biman. I was traveling to Bangkok from Dhaka. The service was so poor and I found a bed bug in the seat. Foods are very cheap. The services were not really satisfying. I am not gonna travel again with biman bangladesh. 😡

Biman Bangladesh Airlines was established on 4 January 1972 as Bangladeshs national airline under the Bangladesh Biman Ordinance (Presidential Order No. 126). The initiative to launch the flag carrier was taken by 2,500 former employees, including ten Boeing707 commanders and seven other former pilots of Pakistan International Airlines, who submitted a proposal to the government on 31 December 1971 following the independence of Bangladesh. The airline was initially called Air Bangladesh but was soon changed to its current name.On 4 February 1972, Biman started its domestic services, initially linking Dhaka with Chittagong, Jessore and Sylhet, using a single Douglas DC-3 acquired from India. Following the crash of this DC-3 on 10 February 1972, near Dhaka, during a test flight, two Fokker F27s belonging to Indian Airlines and supplied by the Indian government entered the fleet as a replacement.Shortly afterwards, additional capacity was provided with the incorporation of a Douglas DC-6, loaned by the World Council of Churches,which was in turn replaced with another Douglas DC-6, a DC-6B model leased from Troll-Air, to operate the Dhaka-Calcutta route.On 4 March 1972, Biman started its international operations with a weekly flight to London using a Boeing 707 chartered from British Caledonian.The short haul fleet was supplemented by a Fokker F27 from India on 3 March 1972; the aircraft was employed on a daily scheduled flight between Calcutta and Dhaka on 28 April 1972.Three additional Fokker F27s were acquired during March and September of that year. In the first year of operation, Biman operated 1,079 flights carrying just over 380,000 passengers

More 3 Dash 8 aircraft will be add Biman fleet soon. Every new aircraft has own IFE - In Flight Entertainment services. You will get WiFi service in all Dream)liner aircraft. Biman Bangladesh Airlines has own catering service. BFCC always provide good food and they maintain hygiene. I love Biman and I recommend Biman Bangladesh Airlines always.

For travelling long journey with Boeing aircraft’s Bangladesh Biman is better with 170seat capacities. Their experience pilot are very experts to landing. Inaidw environment is good, service also good. Fir safety travel you can choose it for next.

National flag carrier.Currently does Europe, subcontinent, south East Asia. Tickets are fairly competitive and most flights are on time, though there are delays. Inflight service is great IMHO and pilots are some of the best in the world. Great safety record and Id recommend it.

Biman bangladesh airlines headquarter named in locally as a Balaka Bhavan(বলাকা ভবন).This office located at beside main road of Dhaka airport VIP gate. From MD to all Executives are seated here. Today i have gone there and saw there office is very neat and clean. Moreover their all staffs are so Friendly as like as very professional now. Car parking and wheelchair access is also available.

Quite & Gathering Less. But officers should be more informative for special issues.If you want to just buy/book a ticket it will be quicker and time saving specially for whom living near Uttara. But for any special issue, better go to their head office.
