I have dealt with quite a few travel agencies. I found Akashbari Holidays the best so far. They are very helpful. They would listen to your situation and handle your case separately. I have used their visa processing, and received visa for UK, China, Philippines, etc. They are also good for large groups as well. You can pay by credit card and cash. They also offer EMI. Very poor service. When you go Akashbari you are actually going to meet some cheaters. There is a good chance that you will be surprised by their poor services at the time of traveling. Though they behave like angels before selling their packages to you. No matter how many times you clarifying the terms and conditions you will be frustrated after getting their services. I strongly suggest the travelers to avoid them.

They use there own phone number in air ticket, if u late for any REASON, air lines company cant connect with u , they will call the holidays number and u will miss the flight coz They dont Pickt the call

We had processed Vietnaam Visa application and took a taxi service from hotel to airport through Akashbari Holidays. They kept their promises on time and we faced no problem with our e-visa . :)

Easy and convenient visa process services. They give you a list of requirements, you provide the documents and they do the rest. I applied for visa to Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore through them. But their customer service needs to improve and rude at times when you call for update. Overall convient service.

Horrible experience with akashbari holidays.I went their A R A centre branch about 3 month ago. I was late due to traffic jam. It was arround 7:30 pm. They were closing down. Just when i enter the person shouted we are closed. I was very embarrased with such kind of rude behaviour. Very rude. I will never go to akashbari holidays. Very very rude. Never never never.

One of worst services I got from them. Tarina Jannat Rita. What a stupid women. She has no idea how to book flight how to right itinerary how to deal with customar so annoyed the services I got. Overall she is not expert in her work. Be careful this stupid women. He gave my document without complete it though I pay 5000 tk for 2 hours services just booking flight, hotel reservation, and my itinerary, application from. Then everything Solved by mr robi a gental man.

Most Foul. Provided hotel far from city centre in Kuala Lumpur. No active communication facility with them from abroad. They wont provide any imo, Viber or other platforms to communicate with them. Price is very much over charged. Might be, they want to do business with you only once.
