It was a much bigger launch. There is a lot inside the launch. Its up to the third floor. The entire launch is equipped with AC system, which does not cause passengers to feel hot. There is also a restaurant inside the launch where fast food is available. The atmosphere of the launch was very good. I came to Dhaka from Ilisha and I did not have any problem. Nice to travel on the launch. It moves much faster.

Bus services since 1990 & They are first class. But There was so ups and down. they recovered. And Loyal passengers always with them. Now they have lots of variety in coaches.But there is two bad thing now a days happened. 1/ Economy class is not available now.2/ Most most important*** buffet is also not available 😭😭 nooo. Please return our buffet!

Need to concentrate Dhaka Sylhet vehicle. All vehicles I experienced are very old and non comfortable. New models are deployed to Dhaka Chittagong road. This is not good business strategy. I hope authority will think this issue and do resolve. Thanks.

Green line paribahan provides the best passenger transportation services in Bangladesh. Buses are very comfortable and the drivers are very skilled. For a safe journey, Green Line Paribahan is highly recommended. They dont have any non-ac coach. The Man double decker bus is my personal favourite. Green Line also provides AC launch service for a faster water transport in Dhaka- Barishal route.

The economy class vehicle was okay but their service wasnt up to the mark. Driver was driving too slow and it took extra 3 hours to reach Coxs Bazar. We talked to the driver and he said he was driving for the last 20 hours continuously and couldnt take proper rest. This is too risky for a highway transport.

Worst possible rest room or toilet available in Rajarbug counter. This is so horrible that goes beyond imagination. This speaks about their very low grade nasty management.I am extremely sorry to tell all these here.This green line service failed to understand that the standard of the passengers wash room actually reflects their own standard.I would request the concern authority to take and make a definite improvement.

Extrem poor service with arrogant staffs. Driver and supervisors are extreme unprofessional. They play loud music in sleeper bus. They gossip using vulgar language without any shame. They stop bus here and there and pick up illigal passengers. The bus is very dirty. The money is total wastage. Noone should ride this filthy bus.

I buy 2 ticket at July 19, 2021, C1+D1, departure at 10.00 am dated July 20, 2021. But they called us July 20, 2021 at morning 8.00 am and saying that the time will be changed from 10 to 9 am! When we run towards the counter, they changed my seat from C+D 1 to F 1+3!If you want this type haresment than you may travel or you need to reconfirm about this problem.Thanks.

To me it is the best bus counter in dhaka city. Very neat and and clean. Well organized and staffs are very helpful. Car parking space is sufficient. A reasonable coffee shop with lots waiting chair.

This is the main counter of Green Line Paribahan. The counter is clean, properly maintained and around 140 people can sit here at a time. Washrooms are moderately clean but did not have adequate number of soaps. They sell coffee as well.

Totally negligence of the staffs. For this, passengers had to stand on the highway about two hours. They did not manage another bus. They stopped next buses whether there seats available. If available they sent 5/6 passengers each bus.

Some buses of their fleet is very outdated. Service of those buses is very poor which damages goodwill of the company.

One of the largest country air-conditioning bus service. They do have latest double decker volvo air conditioners bus service Dhaka to Chittagong. This is the main counter of this company. Wide and big waiting room with toilet and drinking facilities. Waiting room also air-conditioned. Their supervisor also polite and smiling always. But now a days they have few old buses which needed to be replace to developed passengers service.

This is a good public transport for long journey. I have traveled several places by Green Line Paribahan.Recently I went to Coxs Bazar in their sleeping coach. Very comfortable. Please make sure the lower deck for the adult people as climbing up/down to the upper deck is complex. The main problem of this sleeping coach at night is that whenever they provide stopovers during journey, they turns on the lights of the sleeping cabin which is very much annoying.One idea from my side that you can carry some scotch tape if you have problem with the AC ( as there are common AC channel which is not controllable). This is applicable for any sleeping coach.

This time I am not pleased about the way I have been treated for my luggage. My son and I travelling from Australia and as a result we have exactly the amount of luggage as an international passenger. We had 74 kg and we were charged 500 taka extra. Although the counter was informed while my relatives booked the tickets.I always travel with green line. This time I was treated disrespectfully in front of my son

Really had a terrible experience while coming back from cox’s bazar to Dhaka today with greenline coach (no 6010, dhaka metro- 14-4104) that started at 9:30 am. It looks with very bad shaped inside. After few times disturbances, it finally stopped at nimshar, cumilla. There was huge smoke and steam coming out from it’s engine. Who knows, probably this stopping prevented a fire. Really Horrible!After trying for one hour they failed to restart it. The bad thing is the company didn’t respond to this situation properly. When the next bus came, they pushed few passengers within it and the rest stand still in the dark. Finally, we have to come back with our own arrangement.Thanks, it was our last trip with greenline paribahan.

Most of the time Green Line buses are on time. And the seats are comfortable. The price is worth it. They could provide some snacks for the betterment.

The bus is just awesome🖤But the behaviour of their counters people located in dhanmondi 32 is not acceptable.They are not so good as other countes.Except the dhanmondi 32 counter all other counters are good and almost perfect🖤I have seen sylhet,chittagong,cox bazar,dhaka kallyanpur counter their service and behaviour is good enough than dhanmondi 32 counter.
