The airways is always good or I can say up to the mark but not as great as Other branded airlines. They were used to be one of the best airlines earlier but now they keep dropping from their ranking. They got to pull their socks up and keep going up.

Good place to purchase thai airlines tickets... the only thing that bothered me was that u cannot use bangladeshi credit/ debit card (even if you have international part switched on)... you can only use a foreign credit card.. so no luck for a Bangladeshi.Besides this, please go there with enough change (money).. if you dont have the change, u may have to come back again with the change...otherwise, nice ambiance and the ticketing people are friendly too..

Tehy are extremely inefficient. It takes me for more than 45 minutes for changing my ticket ONLY. I can not imagine how less work they are able to finish within one day. Not like other air route which can change the ticket online by the traveller itself, going to this funny office and change the ticket face to face is the ONLY way for any traveller who travel through Dhaka by THAI Airways, and the Office are closed during any weekend and holiday. So how can the traveller change their ticket? Funny.

BRACE YOURSELF FOR THE WORST SERVICE WHEN FLYING WITH THEM - I waited 30 min just to get my overweight luggage cost transacted on my credit card, and the incompetent staff was deliberately wearing her ID backwards to not show her name. I asked her to show me her ID then she started yelling at me and threatening me to put my luggage off and that she would call the security. The manager also refused to come down to the scene even when I asked to see the manager.It is not fair to the customer to be paying hefty amount for the plane ticket and yet receive such vile, utterly outrageous service.

Timely departure,inflight attendance is very good.Passenger boarding announcement at a time for business class and economy class in single line not desirable. As priority for business class is always ahead but if you keep the passenger of economy class as spectators in single boarding line that is not desirable, better Air lines can arrange two different line or different announcement.

Thai Airways.... Fully satisfied. 9 out of 10. Staff are friendly. Foods test just wow!! It was DHK-BKK economy class.

I have always had a distinct fascination with Thai Airways.I hear from many that they dont like the food on their planes, because the airlines have a different way of preparing and storing food, and Thai Airways is one of the airlines that has mastered this skill quite well.There is a love for flying, and there is a great love for food.Their Dhaka-Bangkok-Dhaka flight has several types of juice as a welcome drink at the beginning. The main course consists of fish or meat, or vegetarian meal (pre-selected). There is tea-coffee-juice and alcoholic beverages (mainly red-white wine, beer) at the end of the meal.Happy traveling.
