Its a great airlines to travel domestic and international recently i travelled to nepal aww the flight was just awesome and the crew were so helpful.it also have a good stuff in the kayhmundu airport nepal.who help us.its a cheap plight witha huge comfort.on time departure and arrival is their statistics .The helpline number is always on for the customer suport.Gulshan office is the main head office.

Flight schedule management is very poor....... Snacks provided in domestic flights are also poor...

Their website said I can book their packages online, and I did. They neither confirmed or cancelled my booking for 7 days. I contacted their call center, which told me to go to their offices. Their offices told me that they dont book packages online, and when I asked what was the websites booking page about they said that was just there but it is not functional. (in Bengali we say emni (এমনি), I dont know how to say it in English.) Long story short, they have wasted my time. Since its holiday season, I cant get a booking elsewhere, so they have also ruined my vacation.Edit: They also took my and my companions personal information too.

They are good for destroying your trip in a day, 4 or more than 4 time reschedule their time.We had a bad experience to fly with regent Dhaka-cox-Dhaka both ways the delaying and reschedule there time frequently.My trip has been dumped by them for frequently changing their flight timing it’s impact my tripAttached image only for reference !!!!

Now the Regent Airway is closed in Singapore. My date of return to Singapore is April 24, 2020. Then my ticket time can be extended .

Staffs need to learn to be polite with customers. Mere having good aircrafts can not ensure customer satisfaction. Staffs need to behave good in sales office.

I travelled to Nepal on March by Regent airlines. Customer support, crew behave & service to passenger all r good. seat also comfortable. but aircraft landing is not smooth in kathmandu that time. I guess our pailot was captain Akbar, on that time of return to Dhaka plane land smoothly.Some people tell me that Regent couldnt maintain their schedule time but our flight to both Kathmandu & Dhaka maintained perfectly.

I purchased 2 air ticket but printer vomits ink during ticket printing. i wonder they gave me that durty printed ticket without any hesitation.

They really offers very satisfying air fares but they dont keep their passenger cabin chilled before Take Off & Landing.

Just travelled from Dhaka to Coxs Bazar via regent airline safely. For that, I gratefully thank to the pilots of the airline. But the seats of aeroplane are very congested. Coolers in the aeroplane were not working properly. And the passengers could have been served with better snacks.

Cooler not worked. Staff r good. Via ctg to bill is completely hide in the tickets.

Office Decoration is not Good, but service is fine.

Irresponsible airlines. They suddenly cancel our Nepal to Dhaka flight when we were already in Nepal. Though they promise for refund but its very unprofessional. And this is not the first time frequently they behave like that. I my self facing this kinda problem with regent 2 nd time.

Customer service is not good enough. From customer service department, they told me over phone there is discount available, but when I ask ther counter about discount they told me there is no discount available.
