Very Nice mosque. Once it was a centre for the Jamat e Islami political party. Located at Kataban crossings, in between Shahbug and Bata Signals from East-West direction and between Hatirpool and Nilkhet from North-South direction. Geographically it falls inside the Dhaka University premises.

An old Mosque in Dhaka city but very organised one.It is situated in front of Katabon Mor. The main compound is air conditioned. The Khotib and the Pes Imam both are renowned and good speaker. There have a good arrangment for Azu in left side of the 1st floor. There have a madrasha also.

Large mosque. Good capacity.The sermon delivered by their imam as in 2020-2021 is very good.The jummah prayer is short and usually ends within 01:25 pm on fridays so do come early.

Calm and relaxing place for prayer. The mosque has air cooler inside in the first floor. There are three floors of prayer arrangements in this mosque. The wudu facilities are great. Free pure drinking water can be found at the gate, which is very unusual in the context of Bangladesh. I really appreciate their effort in this regard.
