I am happy with the service of GP customer care. I didn’t have wait more than 10 minuets.

Service quality has improved a lot. After registration, I received a message with token number. Waited for around 15 minutes for my turn and received another message informing service agents name. At the time I found the agent was calling my name and after greeting escorted me to the service desk. I was very impressed with this kind of service attitude.

This center is known as Grameenphone Lounge. It is located in a very expensive and posh area. Therefore, it is expected to be the best. Unfortunately, it is still far from being an example. The service is prompt, systematic, disciplined and efficient. It maintains strict hygienic measures due to pandemic situation. However, I would like to point out that due to the presence of crowd, there supposed to be some accoustic measures to limit the noise. This is missing. The walls, partitions, furniture, ceiling - all used either glass or glossy materials which rather increase the noise. Interior design is not creative at all.

At this ongoing pandemic situation, it is safe to visit the center. They use exceptional way to check body temperature using most updated technology. Maintaining social distancing, sanitisation and less crowd. Have glass barrier to protect from infection of Corona virus between customer and the service provider - Grameenphone.

Taking a lot of money with poor network coverage. Many many call dropping experience throughout Bangladesh. Even the customer care fixtures are too much back dated featured by tilted table, lot of dust and unhygienic covid measures, to be very specific no sanitizer at the service points. Only at entrance they have sanitizer for showing up.Learned from peer that they are providing gifts but later found that nothing. Being a monthly user of around tk 2100 they totally neglected. Really very bad experience and their corporate customer care is rubbish.

A very exclusive Grameenphone Customer Care center in the posh area of the City. Located in the ground floor of Lead certified Simpletree Anarkoli building. The huge space and collection of staffs makes it very unique experience here. By the way, customer service should speed up a little bit to avoid unwanted delay.

That place is very nice but i went there for roaming issue. I did every paper works for roaming. And i also asked that how to set this roaming option in my Android Phone. They said my phn is automatically can set this. But i couldn’t get any service from thik new roaming sim. Totally time and money wasted.
