In google they set their closing time at 7PM. But i got them closed at 6:15PM and they close at 6 regularly. So why they mislead people by providing wrong time?Secondly, their behavior is not good enough for all. I faced their egoistic behavior.

Its in Banani, Kamal Attaturk Avenue main road, ground floor of the building, robi and airtel both customers serve here, 4-5 executives there to help peoples, fast service, employees are cordial and prompt service providing if server and internet connection is ok, service providing in queue system. mnp service available in this service center.

When I want to check my internet pack and I can not find any information about my data usage and remaining . And for my balance I should dial *...*..# Number and for internet pack should dial *...*...# Number and for this package you must dial *...*...# why?? Why I dial lot of number for lots packages??This is my data and all right to me seeing my data. Why I should dial this lot of number should i dial?? And you send lots of massages and I tired delete this all massage. You’re all disturbing things must stop. Improve your service good service for costumer . THANKS, BE CONCERN FOR CUSTOMER.
