Quality of making is alright but the price of fabrics seems little high when compared with other sources.

I am a regular customer of Ferdous Tailors since 2014. The masters are professionally trained and well expert for tailoring as per their customers requirements. Though its a well known brand but its cloth prices are some how too pricey than that of other tailors in country. This brand is for elegant peoples who loves tailoring as passion.

I am a really depressed about a recent event, they lost their touch and quality. They forgot all the specification of my order. Stitched shirts varies from one another, though all five shirts are made from same measurements but they fits differently from one another. Custom specification on model was not followed. I think they are running on their name. They lost their touch and credibility completely.

Worst Customer Service ever at Panthapath Branch. I called then at noon and they told me that they are open. I came from very long distance at 5:50 pm and found closed.

I havent yet experienced their service. But their behaviour was seriously rough and tough, I can say unfriendly and hostile. I went to their Green Road branch. Every time (I stayed 5-6 minutes there) I was behaving very normal and smiling but every of their replies was full of abhorrence and negligence. I thought to start taking their service but I got really hurt and humiliated by their behaviour. It is absolutely my personal experience. If anyone gets influenced it will be all upto himself/herself. Ferdous Tailoring Authority should think about it.

Ferdous Tailors is a very old and reputed tailor shop. There tailoring is really good. But the price of their tailoring is bit of high and there fabric price is also high. If they reduce this prices, then I think they might get more customers.
