Good hotel with budget price. Receptionists are very helpful. But I found, room service & room light could be improved.

This is the average types of residential hotel of Banani area. This is multi storied building. Lift quality not good. Not enough parking space. Inside receptions room having available seat and restaurant also here. Deluxe and normal types of room are here. Inside weather are very clean. Room service also good. Wash room also clean. All together it is good too.

I checked into the hotel at 10:15 pm on 4th July18. Da AC of da room I was given (211) wasnt working so I was shifted to another room which was damp & had a foul smell. I, thus, came down to ask for proper arrangement. Da person at da reception was least bothered. At 11:41 I was given room no. 109 ( da last option dey had) which had just 1 bulb working , non-cooling AC n da flush leaking.I was alone & helpless in a foreign land. No food was available. I underwent dis traumatic condition till next day. When da manager & da concerned people were called & asked da reason for such horrible treatment, everybody seemed to be either ignorant about da last nights incident or tried to avoid saying dey have newly joined.In a nutshell, HOTEL SWISS PARK has an unprofessional set of staffs, both ill-mannered & irresponsible. The maintenance of da hotel is not done. Da facilities dey offer are below standard & not at all value for money.I den shifted to HOTEL EASTERN RESIDENCE, at Road no.27 , Dhaka, & its really AWESOME with a decent set of well--trained staff.Manisha

In their prices for their rooms and services. I ate it because I booked it with Bokinq. God did not bless them and I was spoiled with pictures but reality is something else

If you want to spend more time in Dhaka at a lower cost you can book on this hotel and the rooms are cheap compared to other hotels
