The first time was good when we booked at arrival. The 2nd one however, with advanced booking was cheaper, but the room on the 1st floor had a water leak at the corner which we noticed later after booking the room, the bathroom door lock was broken and no one fixed it. The bedspread wasnt changed after we requested to change it as well. I suggested to move to another room but the receptionist said he couldnt do it.

Service is good. Environment is quit uncomfortable. Staffs are well behaved. Its reasonable for the middle class people.

The room was average compared to the price and location. Basic toiletries wasn’t given in the washroom which was disappointing.The pool water wasn’t clean so didn’t dare to try that. Complimentary morning breakfast was very simple daal/bhaji/porota, felt like having a breakfast in a road side hotel.

The rooms were not as we were showed in the pictures initially while booking. The first room we were given was very dingy and dirty, the bedside lampshades were broken and dusty. There was another spotlight right above the bed that was missing and replaced with Tissue paper. Walls were dirty as well. We requested to change the room and the room that was shown in the picture was given afterwards but it was dirty as well. The washbasin water tap head was broken. Only one pair of slippers provided. The bed was not too bad but we had this feeling that the room had not been used for quite some time. I have OCD regarding cleanliness hence I found the room very disturbing to stay. Had to buy a disinfectant spray to really sit anywhere in the room. Not a good experience. Also, the price was also a bit high, I have stayed at much better rooms than this at much lower prices.

I booked it from Agoda for a night. On 18th when i arrived they Couldnt found the booking though i had a chat over phone on previous day. I have shown them my booking confirmations but he acted if it was false. Then he tried to tell me that its without breakfast but after showing my confirmation he agreed to provide. After 40 minutes or so they sent me to a room. For covid situation I agree that there may be limitations but they took the full money and told me after that their resturent service is closed, I have to get the food fron outside.The room was specious and nicely decorated. But no bedside table, TV is there but no cable service and wifi which they informed me after words. The plug points are fitted in such a manner that you cannot charge anythinh, they are just above floor in the wall. No bedside table. There is a kettle and toster but no Tea bag or bread. The intercom is placed beside tv and you have to get up from bed to use it.The bathroom is ok but the Tap knobs are broken.I checked out this morning but they haven’t confirmed it with Agoda.If you dont have any option can go to this hotel......Well those who can see the response from the hotel in reply will get the status of the hotel. They have given me a room with out cable connection, the hotel staff said they dont have any connecrion. No wifi. Please dont advise me to grow up, rather go back and rectify yourself. Dont lie and make stories. You could have said sorry or invite me again. Poor show while you describe tour character here. Go through the other reviews, somehow all angry and fuss making people are going to your hotel????? There is no option for -*, i would have given you that. And i called your hotel twice, the same day and previous day, and ypu are saying I didnt responded? I have ypur replies which your staff said Agoda sent it. Ohh another thing please go through the reviews in Agoda and Booking.com...

Good place with easy transportation facilities. Its situated close to American Center- Dhaka. Service is pretty good.

It looks good from outside. Cause all I saw, it was having tea from the tea-stall located beside it and google map was pampering me to write a review. So I did it. 😆

Best for couples. Rooms are well decorated. The front desk persons are very helpful. Specially Mr Rafi, Sakib & farhad. They have huge pool. Fully satisfied with there service.

Average.The toilet shower was not there. After informing they have fixed it. No hot water supply. No ash trey.

It was a disappointment. The first sign was the bathrooom lights not working. The handle of the basin water tape was broken, geyser was not working. The handwash they put was dirty and I dont know where they found it. I woke up in the middle of the night because of mosquito bites. The breakfast they provided was also disappointing. Only two breads, an egg and a coffee. I could not use the toaster, it was dirty as hell.The hotel and the rooms look good at first glance. But I think they dont check their rooms if things are working or not. The staffs were friendly though. They asked me if there was any issue while I was checking out. I mentioned a few issues. I hope it was not only a routine question, they really resolve those issue. I wont recommend this hotel at this price.

This hotel have well mannered stuff and also the front desk service is excellent. Rooms are clean and well organized. Thou they forgot to give me early morning wake up call as I requested but rather then that service was good.
