They dont give out any real information either by phone or if I visit their showroom.They will not sell any spare part. You will have to take their service and the products together.They dont have same day service also.

Went to the Walton Service Point, for my Phones battery replacement.They seemed understaffed.Took a while for them to get to me. While waiting I noticed something...The Customer service representative treats selective customers differently based on their uneasy/rude behavior. Which is fair enough..But mostly the representatives behavior was great.They took in my device for battery replacement and took 1.5 days to finish the job and charged me 800 BDT for the replacement and 120 BDT as Tax.Both amount is absolutely upsetting but They did a great job with it, and the device works fine..The one major downside of this service point in Mirpur Mazar road is that they are understaffed..They need more customer service representatives to man the counters, 4 counters are just not cutting it.

There is no car parking facility. They should arrange car parking facility

Had a software problem with my Walton H9 Pro mobile. Went to the service point and they took it for servicing. It was under 30 days replacement program. And today I got the brand new replacement phone. Customer Service manager and other staffs were very helpful.

Their queue management is very bad. People have to keep waiting for hours. Also in my case the product was not fixed. Only after I complained on the spot, they took it back and repaired it.

There service is worse, & they dont really maintain the serial they give for going to the counter ! Ive claimed warranty for my pendrive almost one + month ago(the pendrive got 3month of replacement guarantee & it broke after the third day of use ), they said theyll contact me if there servicing is done ! But I got no response from them till now ! 😑

Honorable service i got.In January 2020 My LED TV (32 Inch) got problem in fly back light. Everything good but no light was coming. I go there, They open it & told me my panel is gone and needed =16,000/- to replace it. I take it back home and my panel isnt black anymore it defective and change by those thieves. Please Dont Buy Walton Product.If you buy then remember its one time use only.....

Really disappointed with WALTON service. My walton sd card stopped working after 4 months. They refused to give me warranty as i dont have the sd card packet even though i provided them with cash memo. Will never buy from Walton again. A total fraud!

Their service center is a place where people can go without any hesitation regarding their problem. Anyhow, the system they have made and the way they behave, and also the serial managing system is a sign of the growth of digital Bangladesh. Pleased at their service regarding my phone. Also during Corona, this place has taken major necessary precaustions compared to other places nearby. I didn’t have to long time for my serial to come either. Their sevice is very quick enough. Hope others will like it as well.

A place where you can easily get a chance for repairing your Walton devices, first youve to collect your desired token from a token machine n will have to wait for your call.The employees are good mannered and very helpful.you are free to seek help from them.During wait, you can watch TV , there is an washroom also.
