Customer service should improve. No one is there to answer the phone as the phone rings continuously (Land phone and mobile Both). After a long while someone responded and said straightway BOLEN. Then I wanted to have idea about plot then said we cant tell you over phone. You have to come to office to know details. It is really disappointing. The way they talk like customer is asking for favor and they are too busy to response and feel bothersome like Government employee.
