The location has changed. But it is a little far from the previous location. It is now smaller, but it is not so crowded as before. You can complete your work quickly.

Now its closed for new buildings construction. My last visit experience is very bad.

Average service, manpower shortage, so you need to wait few while. But the present Post Master of this post office is very amicable person.

The place is understaffed just like all other government offices in Bangladesh. So civilians often have to wait in long line to get their job done.

Officers are cooperative. Same as all the other post offices. Sending parcels to abroad is very cheap and reliable.

Our post office service is the worst service,there is nothing called customer service.When I see the service it reminds me we are behind 100 years.Our government should look into the matter seriously.The staff needs to change or they should be trained from a proper institution.

This was my regular place to visit when I was living in Dhaka. I went there regularly to withdraw money of my mothers saving certificate & faced lots of problems & difficulties for several times. I kept waiting in the line for hours. Too many subscribers; but huge lacking of manpower to serve them. Sometimes they ran out of their funds & subscribers were forced to come again the next day. Their quality of management & service are very poor. But the bright side is its situated in a very crucial part of this city & thats why this place is so important to people. People come here not just for saving certificates but also for posting letters, sending percels etc. If the office is being recruited by enthusiastic professionals, the service might gets more improved.

It is located in the residential area & has no sign on the main road for travellers, so hard to find. Place is good, wide & clean. Customer service is good & cost of the service is also fair.

Worst service ever! Called them to know the rate, they hung up on me saying that they can’t tell me as they are busy! I chose courier over them! They should do a basic manner course! If there is any higher authority to complain I am ready to do that! Just spoke to an idiot serving there

As like our other government office its also slow like hell. coustomar services is quite good but not so so. beacise of its area this individual post office is pretty clean.

Staffs are like the worst people on earth. They treat you like animals. No respect for customers.

The Gulshan Post Office has a two-to-one visit almost daily. Lets go for tea But not many people seem to go to the post office. In the era of courier-mobile-internet, the importance of post offices has greatly decreased.

A modern post office here receives all kinds of domestic and international documents of all kinds and receives financial remittances, a large post office, according to government directives, is open and closed, and many public gatherings take place. The service is good.

At one time there was regular commuting. I used to post in envelopes written in the hope of publishing in Paika. The feelings were great. In the age of email it is easy but the feeling of letter post is very different.
