The worst service Ive ever received from any restaurant! Too much unprofessional. Waited there over 20 minutes but no one even came to take order. Spoke to them but no response!

The guys did not wear masks properly. One didnt wear the mask at all. The other wore it under his nose, which is useless.

Service quality excellent. Global standard as DHL follows. Price is very high, again DHL overall price is high, nothing special here at Banani. Service people are cordial and responsible. Even if I compare with another international courier service life FedEx, DHL is outstanding, I visited FedEx Banani, their service people are not that much cordial even professional.
