Visited first time there after seeing so many positive reviews. It was a good experience.First let me mention their staff, who were exceptional in service. Very cooperative regarding choosing food serving food etc.place is a busy one and noisy too. Possibly reflecting popularity. Sitting arrangement are fine but low space.Food quality is very good. Pizza taste was pretty good too. But one thing I liked less is the crust of pizza. It was floppy, I would loved if were more crusty.Burger taste was good. American fry was very good.I would love to visit there again.

The place is good with nice decoration. They have some good pizzas with special flavours as well. Pizzas tasted good and crunchy crust was good as well. We have tried Meat Masala and Four Flavours pizza. The environment is good and behavior was nice. The price is also reasonable for pizza lovers.

I have went to Pizzaberg a couple of time now and I feel that they serve. I was just looking for a partner to go there. Finally found someone to go there and we ordered the meat masala. I am a big fan of their pizza and this was really exciting for me. But my friend wasnt feeling my enthusiasm, as it was his first time there. They now have added burgers to their menu so we both ordered a Cheesey Volcano. After the pizza came the first thing I did was take the photos. There was this strong smell coming from the pizza and I knew that tonight isnt going to be easy if you know what I mean. Like all of their pizzas this too had a thin crust. It had low cheese, which was unexpected but it was filled with sausages. The sausages were spicy as hell. Also, it had naga sauce as another topping. All that didnt compromise the taste at all. It took me a minute to appreciate this as it was really spicy. But in the end, loved it.

Wonderful experience. Excellent Food and their behaviour is also good. Specially Saba apu is so nice. Everyone should come here at least once to experience all this.

The taste of the pizzas was really good, specially their sausage carnival, bbq meat machine and four flavor were significant tasty ones. Sitting capacity and environment were also comfortable and recently they have introduced public relations leader whose main task is to supervise the overall atmosphere of the restaurant and listen to any issues related to customer. This is a good initiative which i think will create a good interaction between staff and customer.

When I entered the restaurant, I was so frustrated seeing the interior. The furniture and the interior design was done using cheap materials, and it didnt look good at all. There is a corner, maybe for photoshoot. That was the only place that is good in the entire restaurant. The fries was great. But the pizza was hafl baked. They told me they will use pepperoni or salami in the pizza. They sprinkled some chopped sausage instead! And the entire thing was half baked! This is one of the worst pizza Ive ever tried! See the sauce bottles! Even local singara restaurant keeps better quality bottles.

This place is basically for the pizza lover.. I tasted several types, & trust me, its never disappointed me.. I always love their pizza..Bt today ive tasted their one of the set menus.. Sorry to say, i really disappointed.. The taste of steak and saslic was quite similar.. I dont like it..At last, ive to say something about their service.. Waiters were so friendly.. bt those who were in the counter, i think, they should be more co-operative..

They have comfortable sitting space. Pizza Burg famous for their pizzas in a low budget. They oriented this outlet by following several tv shows like as GOT. Noisy environment. You cant talk there for loud music. You have to shout there and wait for food.They put some thin pieces of capsicum on ruti(very thin bread) and serve it as pizza.

We took 75%, though we have tasted 75% portion but didn’t think it was 75% spicy.The food takes time as the place is very crowdy and sometimes you dont get seats available. So be cautious about getting seats. The food takes time to serve so be cautious about that too.Their service is like top of the class, their service and behaviour is so humble and polite, what to say. Service 100 out of 100.The only problem i got that they didn’t provide any COLD bevarage option except soft drink, even the soft drinks was not COLD. As their was boiling hot outside. They should consider to have backup for providing cold drinks in this weather.And other issue i had they should consider to upgrade their air condition. As the place is always crowded, the air condition is not good enough to provide the place.They will serve the pizza in a box which will be included in the bill charged with 20৳My last visit was a long time back as i had a bad experience with pizza crust, i ordered thin pizza and they provided thick pizza, though that time they apologize and offered us to change the pizza as we dont have enough time we left with a good vibe. But since then they have changed their menu and got better as they added various new pizza on the menu.Washroom is available, but most of the time its busy as because the place is crowded, has a smoking zone, cant park your Vehicle as they dont have parking space but can park cars as their are various parking place in near. One of the best Pizzas in town if not THE BEST. Pizzaburg is well known for their tasty, delicious pizzas. But what people dont know about is their service. I was literally amazed by their warm felicitation. I would definitely recommend this place for any kind of outing.And yeah for people like us, they have a Smoking zone too.A must visit Restaurant for sure.

Overall it was good with food quality and quantity. Large size with 450~ BDT was enough for two or three persons.One very basic thing was missing here. Which is separate Ladies and Gents Toilet. Don’t even have enough space for using sink. Maybe they can give a partition and extend cleaning option. It’s really important in this pandemic situation.One more thing they didn’t care about , customer was wearing musk or not and no hygiene equipment was visible like hand sanitizer or something like that.
