Good environment inside

Visited their several branches, popular for savings certificate issuers, also can renew trade licence fee, vat, challan, Advance taxes, tax at sources in their some branches, Mirpur 11 branch available for commercial areas several types of fees collecting, mirpur 11 branch is air conditioned and 2nd floor of the building, one bank also there.

Good looking office

Hopelessly bad.It was my previous review. But I am back here to let you know that Sonali bank Begum Rokeya Ave, Dhaka branch has completely changed their office and facilities. New office new look better service. Thank you.

If you wish not to go to hell then dont go there. Worst experience and such an unprofessional bank I ever experienced.

The people work here are such a disgrace to our service industry. The authority is reluctant to take care of such issues.

Branch of the largest public bank. Recently some online services has been started, but service quality is bad.Environment is not also as good as private bank.

Before coming to this building, I have seen this bank working in other two places. But now this working in this building for many years. Few months ago I went to this bank to send some money. The security guard helped me to get the form. Staffs are very slow with computer.

Service are going but need to be more better

Sonali BankAddress: Kazipara, Only 2 mins walking distance from the Kazipara Mosque. Its located in the 2nd floor at west side but forgot the building name.I looked for the given address more than 1 hour and found it in Kazipara. Begum Rokeya Swarani loaction creates too much confusing. So please change the address name so that people can found it easily without loosing time and energy.

Worst service quality.

Staffs are so friendly. Though the branch is small but I find it helpful.

Behavior is not enough good. I went their for bank draft of my du application but they didnt response well.Also they argue with each other.
