Their food was up to the standard. It was made fresh but used a bit too much processed ingredients to my liking. The service time can be faster as I’ve waited for a bit too long. Desert options was very limited. Pricing was resonable. The pool was not up to standard. It was not deep at all was was not suitable for swimming for an average adult. Felt more like a kid’s pool.

The Chinese restaurant here is awesome. I have been missing Chinese food for a while now, this place has awesome food. It made me home sick and it was all fresh. I was not too happy with the service because it was slow and there was very poor attention. The food however was amazing. I am bringing my sister when she comes to visit.

I have found this place good for making meetings or little conferences with 50 to 60 people comfortably in the banquet hall. Food, services, catering are good. Security is also good. But the Parking is very small. Sometimes I had to park my bike outside of the parking lot. This place offers Bar-B-Q, music and other recreational options along with regular accommodations.

The infrastructure and facilities are not bad. But based on my experience I found the service to be on a below average rating. Has a lot of opportunities to improve themselves. Food is tasty and has a good variety in taste. Rooms are quite overpriced. But it is situated in a very convenient location near the Banani area.

The place is well located in Banani. It has nice structure. The Bistro at the ground floor has some tasty food and seems that its open 24/7. The rooftop also holds a restaurant and has nice views. There is room for improvements. Some of the items are over priced for sure.

Not at all fond of this hotel with its sub standard services, lack of a proper parking space and general hygiene and upkeep. Would recommend a newer hotel that they have made just beside the older one in Banani. It should have better service which is generally inherent to new-comers in the hospitality field.

Suites are nice. The cafe is open all night and easily accessible to all and sundry. Warm and cozy. Theres a decent rooftop experience as well, should you be interested.

That used to be a great quick staying destination for travelers. Now it is not there as the renovation work in progress. They have Platinim grand next to it which is open.

Platinum Suits has a cozy and warm atmosphere. Well decorated and has a restaurant at the terrace where you can have Bar-B-Q if the weather is fine. They also have a restaurant at the ground floor open 24/7. Platinum suits offer breakfast with a huge quantity of quality food.

This is a upscale place, generally their customers is very affluent,and the hotel is very secured.It is also popular to the foreign guests.Everything is very decent here. They provide high quality services and foods.You may need reservation to live here.

Food is good, service is good and people serving their is also very good. I was there for our office IFTAR party. A good place for small party, family dining where as you can also visit the place with couple. Interior set up is good for small function. The location is very good as it situated in the  road no-11 of Banani.

Its a hotel with multi cuisine restaurant and coffee bar. The coffee shop in the ground floor stays open 24 hours. they have about 24 rooms. The restaurant offers buffet and mainly Chinese food. There food is not that good. I went for buffet dinner once. the food was not tasty. i dont think they have any star rating.

Not a good idea to dine at the rooftop restaurant Platinum Terrace. Took almost 40-45 mins to serve naan and shikh kebab. Very slow service. The naan was fine but the shikh kebab tasted like sausage- rubbery and tasteless.The rooftop view and the overall atmosphere is nice though.
