So far my experience is good with their service center. They are cordial & professional. However, their marketing /sales team that looks after the sale and accounts is a bit rude. One of their female staffs one day talked to me using her hands only. This is sad. I hope that not all of them are like her.

Their work, behavior is much better. And they are helpful. I am satisfied with their work

Very well behavior of the sellerand friendly but in the customer service theres a long waiting line and sometime they charge you more money for a okay parts.

Personally i have very bad experience about this showroom after purchasing. Though the showroom looks good but staffs are not cooperative. I will never recommend anyone to buy from there.

This is perhaps most well-decorated and well-presented and somewhat well-located showroom of Honda in Dhaka and perhaps in Bangladesh.Wings has applied all of their experience and confidence of well taken market of Honda in here. Their zeal and dedication with money and resources for making such a showroom is very well-coming.Location is also good. Place for waiting while servicing is marvelous idea is servicing is looked upon from the waiting place. Over all, superb showroom.They should arrange zero interest EMI so that getting motorbike becomes easier for others, and it will boost up their sale. Servicing should be made a little more upgraded as very fresh guys having little knowledge as skill is found in servicing area.

প্রথমে আমার মনে হয়েছিল যে ওনারা খুবই আন্তরিক। কিন্তু আমি যখন মোটরসাইকেল কিনি তারা আমাকে বলেছিল যে পাঁচ দিনের মধ্যে আমার মোটর সাইকেলের রেজিস্ট্রেশন নাম্বার হয়ে যাবে। এবং এখানে দেখতে পেলাম তারা দশ বারো দিনের ভেতরে আমার নাম্বারটা ম্যানেজ করে দিয়েছেন।যদিও আমার একটু দেরি হয়েছে কিন্তু সর্বোপরি তাদের ব্যবহারে আমি সন্তুষ্ট আশা করছি তারা তাদের সেবার মান আরো বৃদ্ধি করবেন। শোরুমের সবার জন্য রইল আমার শুভকামনা।

False servicing, foul play. They take money from the company for servicing, but they give us terrible service. I have serviced my bike 5 times, with just a little bush blowing the chain with a little lubricant to respond to their responsibilities, told them to clean the chain, did not, did not wash. After servicing it felt worse to ride a bike, after serving in the area.

Instead of looking at the type of gambling type-Gammari, I saw him all the time. There is a beautiful place for customers to sit in the double room of the showroom. I did not see anyone interested in the service center where to sit. I know a video on Facebook that there is a waiting room here and ask about it and go to it yourself. But I did not see anyone in the waiting room left the AC or offered a cup of tea. There is no water supply system in the waiting room. The place to keep water and tea making is terribly messy and unhealthy. If such a situation of a beautiful waiting room is understandable then. This boy was giving me the service of my bike; He told me the bike body kit did not have plastic lock. Air filters, sparking plugs and rear wheels will have to change the drum brake. I give him permission for all changes. At the end of the service, when I was ready to pay the bill 853. The boy giving the service to me beside me brought the plastic locks money to me in a separate side. I paid the bill and called him beside him 40 rupees. He told the price of one lock to 200 / -. Those who serve a fairly low / high price, give them 20/50 taka. Despite the fact that my Body Kits lock is in the right place and I am aware of it, I try to take the opportunity when I pretend not to know him. Then I told him that no lock in my bike was broken. If there is no kit without lock on the bike, then it is found in the kit. Youre asking for 200 taka for my bike by putting my bike on my bike. Now there is no vibration when you will come with two days tips together. Day traders of the country are being transformed into looting A manager / salesperson does not want to show the owner of the show-room. How powerful can you think ???
