I ordered a Tulsi tree with tub and they promised to give a good tree. Later they sent the tree which was not of good nature, with a old tub. After one week the tree died and I called them. They told that they would replace that but never did even I requested for 2-3 times. They seemed very casual and reluctant in their service and response. They also didn’t maintain quality.

Bonayon is your must-go-to place for indoor plants in Bangladesh. I have ordered the Christmas Tree and Christmas Wreath from them. And I am very satisficed with my purchases. Their service is very professional with good quality. They also respond quickly. They really care about the clients and always try their best to satisfy the clients needs. I strongly recommend it.

Overpriced indoor plants but they delivered snake plant and areca palm in poor health and insect affected, I am disappointed on them and the quality of soil they gave is pathetic, ordered plant worth 4000 and it was just a scam!!!!

Fraud Alert!Okay place.. But lower level employees and delivery men are frauds especially a sales man called Saiful. They charge extra for any made up reason and the company most of the time stays unaware about it. For example if you order 20bag of processed soil then they will bring 12/14bags and will say that those 6/8bags of soils are given in those 12/14bags. And they requests to keep it secret. Also the quality of trees aren’t always good. They gave me Turmeric tree and said it will give fruit in 6 months and later we figured out even after a year nothing came from it.. Management is completely innocent here but people like Saiful are frauds who are hiding with their religious face

Fraud. Fraud. Fraud. I had ordered 1 chinese red exora, 1 chinese pink exora and 1 hydrengia. But They delivered me 1 normal red exora and one chinese red exora and told me will deliver hydrengia after 2 or three days. I asked the delivery man about chinese pink exora. He replied me pink exora does not exist in real. Which is actually available everywhere. He took the money with delivery charge from me by telling me that he will come back after 3 days to deliver hydrengia. After that he never came back and contact me. The plant quality was very poor. Really very disappointing. Please be alert from these type of fraud people. 😔😔😔
