I asked them about Govt new tariff and they did not response and stopped communication with me regarding the matter. Link3 management should train the managers how to talk or behave with customers or people who just inquires.
Unprofessional techician. No technical expertise or ownership to handle customer issues. Lying about the commitment & moreover no tools are available to handle technical issues. They have asked for BDT500 for on-site support with laptop. Truly frustrating and forced us to release them.
ANYONE READING THIS REVIEW PLEASE USE THIS SERVICE ON YOUR OWN RISKFirstly, the internet speed is not good as much as they promised. Secondly, their behaviour is very BAD. I once called the service center for a problem and after making a second call , the service provider on the phone talked in an unruly manner in a harsh tone.I do not recommend this service at least in mirpur DOHS. BTCL is better in my opinion than this trash link 3. Although BTCL is not much responsive, atleast better than response of link 3.

They actually don’t care about there customer very ill mannered and I have complained several times but they didn’t fix my complain rather they misbehaved by saying why the problem is in your home others are gating good speed. From 23 sep to till now I didn’t get good speed for single day.

At this rate, they will go out of business. Started with them back in June of 2017. For about a year and a half, they were good. Then I made the mistake of upgrading my speed, and suddenly, I was paying more for worse service. I made some complaints back in October of 2018, and after a few visits, the service improved. Then again, they unilaterally upgraded my service in February, and then changed a cable, and lo and behold, my 25Mbps service went down to 2Mbps. Despite multiple multiple requests to fix, it, they havent. Things improve for 2 or 3 days, and then its back to the low speeds. Horrible horrible service. If they are doing this to a loyal customer of nearly 2 years, imagine what they will do to you. Dont use them.
