Using since 2007, overall performance is quite good. Giving 1 less star because of high ping and once or twice in every 2 to 3 months when you are out of internet even for 48 hours, they will stop receiving call on the first day. If they can reduce such disturbance, Ill give you 5 star even will recommend.

I am using this almost last 2 years avobe but last 8 month they have very por service

Connection not so good

- Switch off their phone at night.- Average ping around 200ms.- If you complain the service starts performing magically then their guy will come and shows look everything is fine.

I use their service almost 3 month. After change my house I contact to them to connect the line to the new location. First they said they will make the connection on the next day but when the next day come the did not pick the phone. After calling several times I went their office and they said they will not make the connection to my house. Just waste of time. They could say this to me at the first time not but harassing me for two days. As they gave me first three month good service, so I am giving them 3 star.

Net Speed, Communication, Customer support, Maintenance, Logistics in all aspects very poor service nowadays. Used to be better though

If you want to take service within mirpur area use ICC. they are also using ICC network and FTP service.you cant also use their line when the electricity goes off. i dont know why dont they care about the mobile user who dont need electricity at all.
