Like the kacchi. It is more juicy than any other kacchi of the Old Dhaka. Amount is pretty good in terms of price. Staffs are welcoming and friendly. Interior is not so great that you can enjoy a dinner date or happen a birthday/Salary/New Job treat party here. Location is very tough to remember for the outsider like me. I think local people have not any issues regarding this.

Firstly, there being no option, had to review under a ore-designated Brand - BUT ACTUALLY AM REVIEWING HAJI BIRIYANI Since 1939 having 3 Dhaka branches at Old Dhaka, Motijheel and Bashundhara.The Biriyani varieties are there. Very very plain and simple, no spices so can palatable to aliens from all over the World!One plate is sufficient enough for a normal meal. Being dry, one may order the yoghurt based cold drink which is salty/sweet and in bottled form.Service is fast (as experienced at the Motijheel outlet). The restaurant has a simple ordinary layout.ONLY BIRYANIS are served.Worth eating at, U may want to come back!!!Opening hrs 1200~1700 LT daily.

If you visit Old Dhaka...You must must have Nanna Biriyani. Their Murag Pulaoo is out of this world. As an Old Dhakaite.. I go there once in every two months. Very crowded place....and once you enter..you will surrounded by the aroma of Chicken Curry and Pulaoo.

My absolute favorite!! Needless to say, the food is freaking amazing, authentic ঢাকাইয়া, and a bit different from what youd expect in other biryani places. I still remember in 2006 I ate six plates of মোরগ পোলাও (one full plate, followed by five halves) at Lalbagh branch. I have tried আস্ত মোরগের কাচ্চি বোল several times. It has an unique smoky flavor. Other items are also very good. The place is not very clean, but who gives a damn.

This is the best chinigura rice kacchi I have ever eaten in Dhaka. The amount of rice and meat is enough for a person.The Finni is also delicious. But personally, I prefer less sugar in my food, so I have not become a fan of this finni.

The best place to taste kacchi biriyani in Dhaka. Their kacchi is delicious and perfectly cooked. Two pieces of well cooked mutton are provided. They dont use Bashmoti rice. 1 plate kacchi is enough for 2 people if they are not that much Khadok. Both the quality and quantity are good. And their another must try item is firni. You wont get such delicious firni anywhere in the city. Price is also reasonable. Kacchi is 180 taka per plate and youll get firni by paying 30 taka only. Borhani is average there.And, dont forget to try the Agun paan near the biriyani shop. You would definitely love it.

This month, I was there with my friends with so many expectations to make them satisfied with it’s taste like I was fascinated before. But it totally broke all the pots and made super surprised. If you want to taste kacchi then my suggestion is to taste Basmati Kacchi Biriyani not just kacchi biriyani. And, as there is no Bashmati Kacchi Biriyani here (Hazi Nanna Biriyani). I will surely suggest to taste Bashmati kacchi biriyani from KOLIKATA KACCHI GHOR. Taste of this item is good but its more like tehari feeling to me or like beef kacchi. So, if you want to eat kacchi then eat Bashmati kacchi biriyani.

I tried their Tehari and Kacchi Biriyani. The taste was good and above-average from the rest of the restaurants. The kebab was very much delicious and its one of their must-try items.The place was more neat and clean than I expected. Staffs were also well-behaved.Hazi Nanna Biriyani is not only famous for its food but also their heritage.The price seemed a bit overpriced to me. It may be because of their popularity and heritage. But overall its a good place to eat.

This place is awesome.If you want yummy “kacchi biriyani” at a fare price you can go there.I ordered half plate of kacchi which cost 180 taka.I also ordered a glass of borhani with this which cost 30 taka and I think with a plate of biriyani ,borhani is must . Heard a lot about the Nanna biriyani of puran Dhaka. They were called the best of the best. I dont know why, but the kacchi they offered me was not as good as i thought it would be. I mean the taste was as usual as other renowned biryani house offered. Although the Chatni they provided was delicious and of another taste, the biriyani didn’t serve me much. And the overall environment was good but it is small compared to other major biriyani house. I have ordered a half of chicken pulaw from hazi nanna & I got a big size of cockroach in biriyani packet.so that was very much disappointed.

This is the main branch. Very good serving. Biriyani is really tasty. I felt great visiting there. A recommended place for those who love puran Dhaka (Old Dhaka). I enjoyed the place and food. Expect the puran Dhaka flavor there.

Tried their Kacchi, didnt find any Mezbani taste or aroma which was really disappointing. Not that tasty as Ive heard, may be my expectation was high.Cozy place, sitting arrangements are not that much comfortable in rush hour. Wow! Great food. Whole Chicken Kacchi Biriyani available every month once on 5th at BD Tk. 320/= in a plastic bowl. Enough for two person, though offered for one. Very good and tasty. Their mutton kacchi biryani is also very good. BD Tk. 170/= per half plate with two pieces of mutton, a whole potato and plenty of rice with salad. Must try for Puran Dhakar (Old Dhaka/Downtown) food lovers!

If you compare their kacchi with other new kacchi brands like Sultans Dine, Kacchi bhai, Dhakaiya Pakki; Nanna will score 2star. But if you compare them with puran dhakas roadside local kacchi, Nanna will score 4star (Grand Nawab of Puran dhaka is there holding 5star). Not worth going there all the way from gulshan to have kacchi.

Taste of Kacchi is good.

The biriyani was not that good as it sounds. But the Borhani was extraordinary. Ill recommend the Borhani instead of biriyani. The biriyani is overrated.
