Its not the three star that I was hoping for. But it a very decent hotel. Interior and service is GOOD.

We checked in to room #102. *Please be aware the airport shuttle is only one way complementary if you book online.Pros:The security guard was very nice and helpful, the receptionist was nice and friendly, the restaurant staff was very nice and the food was great! The staff reminded us when the airport shuttle was ready.Cons:However, I requested a Queen bed, they gave me us a couple bed that was just enough to fit only me and but my wife. We were sure one of us will fall from the bed at night. The room had so much problem, theres a AC but it was just normal air, not cold. The lobby was cooler than our room. The wall was beaten up, the bathroom sink was shaking, and there was towel, Sandler, and hygiene supplies for one ONE person in the Couple room.

Mainly a hotel for stayovers, people travelling outside the country, if they need any accommodation for shirt stay can choose this hotel near the airport. Nothing fancy

There is a sign at the main entrance saying no message no service but none of the staffs were wearing mask and we had to tell 2 different room service person to wear mask before they come in the room. Lift is not maintained properly and seems like it will break down any time and dirty.

Good service, reasonable price, and the most important part their foods are really Fresh, healthy, delicious.

Bedroom is good, But Bathroom is not.I saw ladies hair in Towel which had to clean properly.

Very bad experience with thier service and always hungry for money as they are acting that we are not paying lolz. Strange. At night duty they all get sleep at duty time specially reception and bellboy. There is no housekeeping department and restaurants people doing housekeeping there. Security person is a nice man.

I never suggest this hotel with this price, life is not working properly, room is very small, bathroom is extremely small as 3X4 feet, my room number was 604. The justified rent of this hotel hardly Indian Rupees 800 to 900 not more than that. But definitely employee of the hotel is good and just 5 minutes from airport.

Nagar valley hotel was very comfortable and safe. This is the 1st choice for a hotel near Dhaka airport. Service was great. Thank you to all the good staff. I will be booking this lovely hotel very soon again. I have recommended my friends to stay there too.

Pickup was late, the bus didnt have any fans or ac. Since it was raining, we had to shut the windows and it got so suffocated inside. After picking us up, they went to the airport to pick up other guests as well. If we knew that, we would have taken the cab.The hotels lift was always shut down during our stay. They were trying to save electricity bills. Upon question the front desk replied that guest may call up the reception to ask for them to turn on the lift!!!I never bothered to ask, used the stairs instead.Since I was checking out early the next morning around 6:30am, I bravely requested them to keep the lift on, since I was on the 4th floor and my wife was a bit ill. But nope. We had to take the stairs down.Never will I recommend such an awful hotel, not even to my worst enemy or even the devil. If I Must add something that was positive, it sure will be the air conditioning of the room. It was better than i expected.

Best budget hotel. Its quite amazing hotel which is clean, well furnished. its interior design is awesome and staff of the hotel is too much modest. they serve delicious breakfast and foods of the hotel which is very delicious. I appreciate their breakfast too much. wish I could stay again...

I have stayed over night at the nagar valley its one of the cleanest hotel I have seen in Dhaka. I quite often go to Bangladesh I havent anything like this one. So keep it up lads. See you guys soon

No smoking allowed in room. No food room service have to food in common dining room. Food taste okay. For every food taken cash payment to be done right then. Free Wifi facility available. Lift too small, only three person can accommodate. Light system inside room is commendable. Floor tiles quite old looking. Breakfast is complimentary with less options to choose.

The hotel is good bargain for money. Very near to Airport. I stayed here for two days with my wife. It was pleasant stay. Only turnoffs were the low ceiling height of washroom. As if they have assumed that Bengalis are short.

Its a very nice hotel. I stay here several times . All are the staffs are so good and well behaved. Theres service are mind blowing.....Breakfast , take in and drop out to the airport and rail station are complimentary.

I checked in on the evening and checked out on the next evening. But they charged me full payment for two days. They didnt even send the room service for once. Again when billing, they failed to provide any printed billing document. Rather, they gave a hand written paper.In short, they have third class service, bad manners and extreme unprofessionalism.

Location is a plus point for travellers who wish to travel by plane or railroad. Its close proximity to the airport might be crucial for someone has early morning flight, it is also very close to Airport railway station. Hotel looks clean and concierge desk is helpful.

Very close to airport for staying. Not very nice but you can choose when you dont have any options. Room rents are Budget friendly but never try there restaurant. Otherwise staffs are very friendly and ready to serve.

A standard hotel for staying with family.This hotel is situated very close to the main raod, aslo you can reach the airport from here within 10-15 minutes.It is very popular for the airports guests.It has wheelchair accessible entrance and parking, and restaurant.In term of their service and cleanness they are very concern.Rooms are also very comfortable but a bit small.In contrast,they offer pick up & drop service for the airports guest.Although they are good in providing quality service but it seems they demand a bit high price for the room.

Thus place need to be refurbished.Lots of issues.ie Bed,blankets,toilet, etc.Buffet breakfast was good

Average and medium scaled hotel in Uttara near to airport. According to me, it should be best suited for transit passengers rather than tourist stay. Cleanliness is average typed and front desk service is the worst! They are accepting cards for payment with additional charges!

Overpriced stay in Dhaka. Smaller room compared to other hotels in the same price group. Very hard bed and full of mosquitos. You have to order food an hour ago if you want to have dinner in their restaurant and the prices are crazy! In my opinion, the hotel doesnt deserve a single start rating while they claim to have a three star standard.

Simple and clean hotel. Interior apart from reception a little dated. Some staff smell of body odour, but thats common in the mid range hotels throughout.

Avoid this hell hole at all costs! Calling this place a hotel is misleading it is more a hostel trying to be a hotel and failing miserably. As far as cleanliness is concerned I do not think that word exists in the hotels vocabulary, be sure to pack your antibacterial gel, as the door handle and surroundings are extremely dirty. I decided not to use the toilet, and thanked god I was there for only few hours. Biman airlines the joke of an airline put the passengers up at this hotel. It’s a shame you cannot give negative stars.
