The road infront of the hotel is too narrow. Car parking is a hassel. The rooms needs renovation.My overall verdict-things can be a bit better.

If someone has a business near the gulshan, banani, baridhara, mohakhali area, this is a great place for him. Any service holder can get a great rate in this hotel. They have special rates for them. Place is small but nice and cozy. Complementary breakfast is available also. Staff is cordial and they try to give best service. All the best dining places, bars and clubs are in the vicinity. They provide on request parking also. Place is popular among a group of corporate guys. Nice staying experience within budget.

I have not got enough service from them. Food quality of them is good, however price is high. Food related stuffs are good but overall other services are bad.so much mosquitos and couldnt sleep well two nights. I called them for mosquitos spray for two times but they didnt provide. Room size is not large enough,no geyser is available however washroom is good enough,no sofa.one receptionist(Debasish) told me some sevices would be given, but when I went to know my bill in last day, he was not available there and called by another receptionist to him,he totally refused that I wasnt said that. I was totally disappointed 😞😞.

Decent mid level hotel in the heart of gulshan banani area. Clean room with all basic amenities. Many shopping and business places around. Plenty of good quality restaurants are nearby. The service is good and the staffs are courteous.

Nice environment in Banani Area.

The hotel is very clean, the staff is helpful and they try to solve any problem or issue that you might have right away. It is comfortable enough for any traveller or person in business. The room has a tv and AC. The only issue is that there was quite some mosquitos and the mosquito net had nowhere to be hanged. Nevertheless, the hotel did all they could to help me with that.

When we are out of home for a business trip, many of us usually find hotels with homely atmosphere with a healthy diet option, this place is for them. Homely accomodation facilities, the infrastructure and decorations will give a feel like you are in home. The food lounge is Just like our dining room in home. Quality of food and Service of the staffs is mentionable. The size of the rooms is spacious. There you can find lots of items of fine arts from different nations all over the hotel. Dhaka usually noisy but you will find very less sound or no sound of the vehicles from your room.Hope this is enough for a good sound sleep.

It was a very uncomfortable stay. Even as I am writing this as its 3am and havent got a wink of sleep ... Lots of mosquitoes... The service phone was not working as a result I had to go down to the reception and order any meals (my room was on the 2nd floor)... The room service is also a little lax ... I had ordered my dinner which I got almost an hour late... In all I was quite disappointed with the experience.

Very nice and spacious rooms. Clean and well maintained. There is a gym too that can be used by the hotel guests for free. The staffs are helpful and polite. The restaurant serves good food and is open 24 hours.They even have an event hall at the top floor that can easily house 30-40 people. Ideal for trainings and workshops.The hotel is in Banani which is better than Gulshan in terms of distance to the airport, nearby shops and restaurants and crowd and noise.I have stayed in couple of hotels in Gulshan and staying here has been a better experience for me.

Amazing lunch at the ground floor restaurant, other facilities so so..!

Has Mosquitos. There was no system to hang a net. My child was bitten multiples times during our two night stay. Unreliable hot water in bathroom sink and shower. Have to run the water for at least 8-10 min to get any hot water (what a waste of resource!). Once water gets hot no guarantee it will remain hot, it may suddenly disappear (very unreliable). Stayed in 2 rooms Executive and SuperDeluxe room. Shower faucet handle did not work properly. Furnitures are dated and look old and unclean. I would not recommend this hotel especially if you are a foreigner visiting.

Its a nice hotel with healthy environment, center place of Dhaka, excellence accommodation and food with great hospitality.
